The Joseph Ward Clark busted for child molestation in Texas is probably NOT the guy whose passport was shown by the Chechens in Mariupol. But I did find this -

The fact that his passport is in the hands of Chechens in Mariupol is plenty of proof. He has also been linked to the Jordan Goudreau "Silver Corp" mercenary group.

The D.O.B. on the passport makes him 34 years old. There is a 34 year old Joseph Ward Clark registered to vote (https://voterrecords.com/voter/40729004/joseph-clark) at an address on NE 63rd St. in Vancouver, Washington.

If you look at the Google maps satellite image of that street,

you will see that NE 63rd St in Vancouver, WA is only about 100 yards long, with only six or seven houses on that street. But if you go back to the voter record site, you will see that there are 460 people currently registered to vote who supposedly live in one of the 7 houses on NE 63rd St.

I was in Mariupol today. Heaviest air strikes, shelling and firefights I have ever heard in this war, and I was in some heavy ones back in 2015!. Nazis are dying like flies today. It is a good thing.
