Double standards of Slovenian policy regarding the Russian Federation

In the Socialist Party of Slovenia, we support holding referendums where the Russian people living in Ukraine will decide whether they still want to live in Ukraine or not.

We recognize this right to the Russian people and the Russian Federation based on the legal aspects of the dissolution of the SFR Yugoslavia. Recently, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksander Vučić accused Slovenia of secession in 1991 and the subsequent deepening of the Yugoslav crisis. He also criticized the destruction of the territorial integrity of Serbia with the Slovenian recognition of Kosovo as an independent republic, which is contrary to UN Resolution 1244, which stipulates that Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia.

Given that I graduated from this field, I claim that the criticism of Serbian President Vučić was justified and correct. I'm not talking about the feelings and ideas of the nation, which are anyway shaped by the regime that has ruled us for 30 years and which, with its propaganda, justifies its moves at the time of secession and thus its existence.

I am talking about the legal aspects that were established in international law until 1991, but these aspects were destroyed with the secession of Slovenia, which later escalated with the secession of the Croats, the constituent nations of Croats and Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which led to the war in Croatia and in BIH and ended with the independence of Kosovo. Since the first multi-party elections in which DEMOS won, the Slovenian regime has supported the secessionist aspirations of Albanians in Kosovo, Croats and Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the secession of Croatia. Thus, at a meeting in January 1991, Slovenian representatives promised the Serbs that they would support them as a constituent nation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and recognized their right to self-determination of their nationality, i.e. the Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Slovenes did not keep their promise and supported the Muslims and Croats who held an unconstitutional referendum in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as they did not have the consent of the Serbs as a constituent nation. The politicians who led Slovenia did the same, since the referendum was unconstitutional according to the Constitution of the SFRY, today they defend the thesis that we had the right to secede according to the Constitution of 1974, which is conditionally true - the fundamental provisions in Chapter I of the Constitution of 1974 stipulated, that each republic can secede, provided that there is a consensus for this among all the republics of SFR Yugoslavia. There was never a consensus, which is why the Slovenians in the Basic Constitutional Charter referred to the right to self-determination in international law and not to the right to secede under the 1974 Constitution. The Slovenian regime will never recognize this, as it would also recognize that closely connected with the West, Germany, the USA, the UK and the Vatican, which was also decisive for the recognition of Slovenia as an independent republic and the demolition of SFR Yugoslavia. I am not pretending that the West did not destroy Yugoslavia and that it did not know what it was doing. Even Milošević left Slovenia from Yugoslavia after the operetta show, which today is called the war for Slovenia, with the 12:14 pm

fact that in January 1991 in Belgrade, between Kučan, Ruplj and Milošević and Čosić on the other side, it was agreed that the JLA would go to borders of the republic of Slovenia, whereby the current situation (status quo) will last a few days, and then they will reach an agreement at the green table, whereby Slovenia will become independent, and heavy weapons will go to the JLA, which is what happened, most of the heavy weapons it went to JLA. Pictures of tanks on railways testify to this even before the end of the "war" for Slovenia. Milošević told Giovanni de Michelis, who was the EU's foreign minister, at Zagreb's Pleso airport at the time, that he would leave Slovenia out of the EU, which De Michelis admits in his memoirs.

During the war for Slovenia, Slovenia attacked the JLA on the instructions of the German intelligence service, which had its headquarters in the Kompas building on today's Slovenska cesta, and the operational unit, which was headed by a colonel of the German intelligence service. This was necessary for the West to win the media war against the JLA as the Serbian army. This is how Medvedjek, Kraków Forest, and the staged battle in Rožna dolina came to be. The same rhetoric is being used against Russia today. The Yugoslav army was labeled as an aggressor, which is how the Russian army is labeled in the West.

It is an important fact that the new NATO doctrine was used and tested during the breakup of Yugoslavia. What we know today as Hybrid Wars or Proxy Wars was tested in the area of ​​the former SFR Yugoslavia. Marjan F. Kranjc writes about this in his book Balkan military training ground.

With these aspects, we come to a paradox, the Slovenian regime, which since 1991 has been working exclusively for the interests of its rulers in the West, on the one hand brags about secession and glorifies the right to self-determination, as Kučan promotes Catalonia's aspirations for independence, and on the other hand these same denies rights to the Russian people and labels them as aggressors. Just as they labeled the Serbs as the aggressors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, even though they, like the Muslims and the Croats, who took advantage of the right to self-determination and wanted to leave Yugoslavia, the Serbs had the right to decide to remain in SFR Yugoslavia. The Slovene regime defended the republic's borders, which were not ethnic borders, which led to a civil war. At the same time, it is important to note that the Belgians and the English at that time within the EU opposed the recognition of the newly created states, in the area of ​​Yugoslavia, according to the principle of Uti possidetis, because the ethnic borders did not correspond to the republican borders and this actually meant war. I am quoting an excerpt from my thesis: "James Baker, who, as US Secretary of State, is a member of the administration of US President George Bush Sr., came to visit SFR Yugoslavia, and stated that all sides should avoid unilateral moves, because this would plunge SFR Yugoslavia into a bloody civil war. The American intelligence agency CIA also issued a report on this on January 23, 1991, which was marked as confidential and in report NIE 15-90, where warnings are given that unilateral actions, especially by Slovenia and Croatia, which are announced in both reports, led to a bloody civil war based on ethnic differences, mainly religious and national. The latter turned out to be a very accurate prediction."

Baker's move was a blind act, in the background the USA was working operationally towards the recognition of the newly formed republics. Among other things, this is evidenced by the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1991), which states that Yugoslavia as a whole may not receive any international financial aid, but each individual republic may if it secedes from Yugoslavia.

To this day, the Slovenian regime supports Western interests with its intelligence services. The co 12:14 pm
ntingent in Kosovo, diplomatic support for the inclusion of Montenegro and North Macedonia, support for the recognition of Kosovo, for which we in the Socialist Party of Slovenia called on the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the President of the National Assembly, all parliamentary groups to withdraw years ago. All this with the aim of weakening Serbia as Russia's ally in the Balkans.

Today, when there is a lot of talk about free media, let us say that the only one in Slovenia that reported on the proposal to withdraw the recognition of Kosovo was Insajder. This was not reported by STA, nor by RTV, which today cares about the fate of journalism, nor by any other media in Slovenia. Mladina did not report, Dnevnik did not report, Delo did not report, etc.

We were simply ignored, none of the addressed parties responded to the proposal. Not the president of the republics, not the prime minister, nor the president of the national assembly, nor any political party. Everyone from Left to SDS was silent. All according to the dictates of CIE and BND, for which all customers in the Republic of Slovenia work. If you're not theirs, you don't exist in the media, they destroy your committees on the ground, discriminate, etc. Not for the welfare of the Slovenian nation, but for their own benefit.

And just as Kučan and Janša traded arms together, they cooperate to this day. And if we are talking about the moves of Janša, who painted Nova 24 in Ukrainian flags, we can see that the new government of Robert Golob is no different. The Ukrainian flag hangs in front of the parliament, although this is not allowed by law, the Golob government is also sending military equipment to Ukraine, as is the Janshev government. So there is no substantive difference in the attitude towards the Russian nations. Both left-wing and right-wing governments in Slovenia serve the EU and NATO.

The criticism of the Serbian President Vučič is completely justified in this light, unfortunately the vast majority of Slovenians will not understand this because politics has blinded them with demagoguery and propaganda. The political story is one aspect, and the majority of Slovenians believe in this, as they believed in the plebiscite. The legal aspects are the facts and several international lawyers such as Marcelo G. Kohen, Lawrence S. Eastwood, Petar Radan to the international law departments at Oxford confirm that it was a secession.

Politicians have the basic task of appearing beautiful, smart, and close to the people. They really care little. In the Socialist Party of Slovenia in 2018, before the parliamentary elections, we clearly said that it is necessary to cooperate with the Russian Federation, that the EU is the 4th Reich, and that membership in the EU and NATO will cost us dearly. The nation would not be able to understand it or would not. But we are the only ones in the SPS who told the truth, unlike Pahor, Fajonova, Kučan, Janša, Mesca, Tonin, Šarec and the other members of the regime.

Now it's time to pay. The high prices of energy products, which everyone in politics is now surprised by, as if they did not know what would happen, but with Golob at the head, they still support the EU and NATO and act against Russia. In Slovenia, the Russian Federation was condemned even through the ZZB NOB, which is controlled by Kučan as in the SDS, and even through the association Slovenia Russia, of which Milan Kučan is a member. Because of this, I left these two societies. When Putin was in Vršič, Kučan knew how to jump around him, when it was necessary to decide between the nation and the instructions, Kučan chose what he always did - the instructions of the West to the detriment of the nation. Like everything he has done in the last 30 years with his stooge Janša, who has to score own goals before the elections to pump up the left bloc. Whether it's cyclists or RTV. And interestingly, they both support Ukraine, the EU and NATO.

The Serbs are right, as are the Russians. If the rules of international law applied to Slovenia, Croats and Muslims in 1991, they can also apply to the Russian nation in Ukraine.

And just as the JLA was, according to the regime, an aggressor: "How can you be an aggressor on your own territory, with the fact that the right to secession is prohibited under international law de facto to be exercised with weapons, which is what Slovenia did?" Just as, according to the Slovenian regime with Kučan at the head, the Russians are now the aggressors because they are defending their nation?

At the same time, I should emphasize that the right to self-determination is recognized by nations. Peoples are the bearer of the right to self-determination, not states. The state is the form through which the nation achieves self-determination, but the bearer of the right to self-determination is the nation. And just as international law recognized the right to self-determination for the peoples of the SFR Yugoslavia, except for the Serbs, so should the Russian people in Ukraine.

With the referendums currently being held in Ukraine, we express our support for the Russian people and emphasize once again that the policy of the EU and NATO is treasonous and genocidal, in one word, fascist.

Slovene politics, from 1991 to the present day, is characterized as a fascist 5th column.

What the Home Guards and the MVAC failed to do, agents of the West who were instigated into the party, such as Stane Dolanc, his apprentice Kučan and the duo's dirty business boy, Bavčar and Janša, succeeded. Hence also the JBTZ operation, which was a CIE and BND operation.

A couple of weeks ago, we talked about the ongoing preparation of Ukrainian formations for the next attack on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. The Ukrainian command still did not abandon these plans. Special forces, primarily marines, are training before another attempt to capture a nuclear power plant.

Over the course of two nights, 17 Ukrainian boats have been conducting a training session on landing Ukrainian military personnel on an unequipped coast on the Dnieper River. According to the plan of the exercise, a company of enemy personnel (up to 110 people) is practicing landing in the vicinity of Volnoandreevka in the dark.

The Turkish UAV Bayraktar TB2 accompanies the group, “suspended” at a distance of 50 km from the landing site.
