⚡️Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine (Part 1)

▫️On the morning of September 1, the Kiev regime attempted a major provocation to disrupt the arrival of IAEA expert working group at Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

▫️At 6:20 a.m., seven fast-moving motorboats landed on the coast of Kakhovskoye reservoir, three kilometres northeast of Zaporozhye NPP, with two sabotage groups of up to 60 people in total.

▫️The sabotage groups were detected and blocked in the drop-off area by Russian National Guard units guarding the territory of Zaporozhye NPP.

▫️A unit of the Russian Armed Forces and helicopters of the army aviation were transfered to reinforce Russian Guard troops in order to suppress an attempt to enter the nuclear power plant and destroy Ukrainian saboteurs.

▫️The destruction of the Ukrainian sabotage group is currently being completed.
At about 7:00 a.m., units of the Russian Armed Forces prevented another attempted landing to seize a nuclear power plant.

▫️A few kilometres from Zaporozhye NPP near Vodyanoye, an attempt was made to land a tactical airborne assault by AFU two self-propelled barges from Nikopol. Two self-propelled barges carrying tactical airborne assault of AFU are sunk as a result of the Russian Armed Forces' shelling.

▫️As of 8:00 a.m., the Kiev regime has blocked the passage of IAEA expert mission from controlled territory to Zaporozhye NPP.

▫️Ukrainian artillery is shelling the territory of Zaporozhye NPP, the meeting place of IAEA mission with Russian specialists near Vasil'evka, as well as the route of their movement to Energodar. Four shells exploded 400 metres from the 1st unit of Zaporozhye NPP.

▫️Despite attempts by the Kiev regime to disrupt the visit of IAEA expert group to Zaporozhye NPP, the Russian side confirms its readiness to receive them with full security of further operations.

▫️The situation around the nuclear power plant is difficult but remains under full control.

More than 20 thousand residents of cities and towns of the region signed the open letter.

The initiative to convey the appeal to the management of the organization was made a week ago by the Energodar people (https://t.me/vrogov/4421). They were immediately supported by other settlements from different parts of the Zaporozhye region.

“A critical situation has developed in the area of ​​the largest nuclear power plant in Europe – Zaporozhye. The armed forces of Ukraine are regularly shelling the territory of the station,” the letter says.

“Mr. Grossi, leaders of the IAEA member states! We, residents of the Zaporozhye region, appeal to you to stop the provocations of Ukraine aimed at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant!

We ask you to strongly condemn the actions of the Ukrainian leadership to escalate the situation around the Zaporizhzhya NPP and warn of responsibility to the world community in the event of continued shelling of the plant.”

Zelensky regime, which actually confirms their tacit participation in the preparation of today's provocation at the Zaporozhye NPP. At the same time, the absence of a public reaction to the actions of Kyiv in the area of ​​the Zaporozhye NPP from the side of the UN Secretary General António Guterres in Vienna causes reasonable bewilderment.

◽️ Such silence not only casts a shadow and casts doubt on the objectivity of the UN approaches in the situation around the Zaporozhye NPP, but also leads to a further increase in the escalation of the situation there, with the Kyiv regime completely impunity.

⚡️ As a result of today's shelling of the AFU in the Donetsk People's Republic, 4 civilians were killed and 8 more were injured, including 2 children.

◾Russian Defense Ministry has published a list (with exact coordinates) of 1422 schools in Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republica, Kherson, Kharkov and Zaporozhye regions that opened on September 1 for 326,438 children who began their new school year.

◾In contrast to Ukraine, these educational facilities are not used for military purposes.

Let us start with the preceding story. A few days ago when the IAEA announced its plans not only to visit the station but also to place permanent observers at it, it left me puzzled. It looked like a clear giving way to Russia, because a permanent mission in the area would enable eliminating the problem of shelling - however, today it turned out this was a set-up in favour of Kiev rather than Russia.

Let's move on to today's events. That night, the special forces of the AFU landed in the area of the summer houses northeast of the ZNPP and by 5 am covertly occupied the initial assault line (the RF Ministry of Defense claims that it happened later, but it is not really essential). Their task was to break into the territory of the plant and to ensure reception of the main group of troops landing later.

At 5.20 am the artillery of the AFU opened fire on the RF Armed Forces posts placed at the plant, and around 6 am the first wave of the landing troops began their attack.

At the same time the second wave - 2 barges that could carry up to a battalion of infantry reinforced with mortars (plus ammo) - left Nikopol. Taking the distance into account, the approximate time of its arrival at the ZNPP was about 7.30 am.

By this time, the vanguard unit should have dislodged the Rosgvardiya forces and stormed the plant's territory. But the defending troops withstood the first strike, and at about 7.00 am Russian aircraft or helicopters sank both barges of the second echelon, and thereafter the entire plan to capture the plant was foiled. The rest of the advanced assault group retreated to the landing point, where it was pinned down - it is being finished off there now.

Thus, we can admit that the plan was really beautiful (although it also seems to have been revealed to Russian intelligence). No less beautiful than the Russian airborne special forces landing in Gostomel. However, the plan collapsed and resulted in the loss of two platoons of the AFU and up to a battalion on the barges of the second wave. That is about 300-400 men. Without any result.

Moreover, now Kiev does not even know what to do with the IAEA mission. After all, if it reaches Energodar and fulfills the "threat" of leaving its representatives there, it completely ruins the whole game of Zelensky’s gang regarding the "ZNPP case".

P.S. By the way, it is probably also why at 8.00 am the artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the expected front crossing point of the IAEA mission.

Kiev's attempt to take over the ZNPP - how it happened (1)

By noon on 1 September, prominent Ukrainian analyst Yuri Podolyaka published his conclusions regarding the events around the Zaporizhzhya NPP. Comparing reports on the latest attacks by the AFU in the vicinity of the plant with earlier statements by the Kiev authorities, he reveals Kiev's true intentions.

So, the plan was as follows. By the time the IAEA mission would have arrived to Energodar, the AFU special forces, in cooperation with other units and under the artillery cover from the northern bank, were to take control of the territory of the plant, and that was what the IAEA mission was to record.
