❗️⚡️ Shells of the Armed Forces of Ukraine again hit Pushkin Boulevard in the center of Donetsk
Ukrainian militants opened fire on the Voroshilovsky district of the DPR capital today at 5 am. AFU shells landed in the immediate vicinity of the Park Inn hotel, where many foreign journalists live, while working in Donetsk, and the Administration of the Head of the DPR. For the second time this week the place has come under fire from Ukrainian militants in a week.
The facade of the hotel and civilian vehicles were damaged, shell fragments scattered everywhere.
According to the JCCC, in total, Ukrainian militants fired 5 shells with a caliber of 155-mm in the city center.

The whole world is with… Russia?
The latest UN vote on Russia's military operation in Ukraine shows growing support for Russia and the increasing isolation of the West. The sentiment has changed drastically since early March.
On 24 August, a UN resolution to condemn Russia's aggression against Ukraine received support from only 54 countries. This is less than one-third of the total number of UN members (193). And the support level is dramatically lower compared to 141 countries that voted for a similar resolution on 2 March.
The actual list of the 54 countries voting against Russia is also quite telling:
🔻 Unsurprisingly, supporting the anti-Russian resolution were the US, Canada, the UK, EU members, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Also worth mentioning here is Turkey, whose vote was driven by its own geopolitical interests in the region.
🔻The G20 vote was split 50/50. In other words, half of the world’s largest economies, including China and India, supported Russia. On the other hand, the list of the 54 voters for the anti-Russian resolution is full of tiny countries, whose economies are insignificant and whose dependence on the US is too strong (North Macedonia, Albania, San Marino and Federated States of Micronesia, to name a few).
🔻 Out of ten ASEAN members, the only one supporting the resolution was Singapore, and all the 8 members of SAARC sided with Russia.
🔻 The only Latin American countries voting with the US against Russia were Colombia and Guatemala.
🔻 Among the 55 countries of the African Union and the 22 countries of the Arab League, not a single one voted to condemn Russia’s military operation.
This means that Russia is winning the fight for people’s hearts and minds across the globe. Why does Russia have so many friends these days?
Firstly, the world’s political leaders aren’t blind. Unlike ordinary people in some countries, who remain misled by propaganda in the Western mass media, the leaders are fully aware of the West’s role in protracting the war. They are also clear on the barbaric methods of warfare used by the Kiev regime.
Secondly, and even more importantly, a growing number of countries support Russia in its efforts to counter the unipolar world order. This order serves the interests of a handful of Western countries at the expense of the rest of the world, and that’s probably why today many countries wish Russia a success in its fight against Western hegemony, happening now in Ukraine.

ABOUT THE UN RESOLUTION ON AUG 24TH IN WHICH 70% OF UN MEMBERS REFUSED TO CONDEMN RUSSIA'S DENAZIFICATION OPERATION IN UKRAINE -
First of all, it IS true - ON AUG 25th, ONLY 58 OUT OF 193 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES CONDEMNED RUSSIA FOR THE DENAZIFICATION OPERATION IN UKRAINE. ON MARCH 2nd, 141 CONDEMNED IT.
Unfortunately, if you search in English, confirmation is very hard to find. Google, Duck Duck Go and other Western based search engines are clearly suppressing results. If you are lucky, you will find this story from RT, (https://www.rt.com/russia/561627-un-ukraine-resolution-support/?ysclid=l7c2e3zm3s9902128) which is a text book example of RT's poor information warfare skills. What should be an in-depth review under banner headlines is instead a 5 paragraph "blurb" that no only fails to give any corroborating links, but the two links it DOES provide are to Zelensky's propaganda speech the day before, and the March 3rd resolution that overwhelmingly condemned Russia. It is beyond incompetence, it is collaboration with Russia's info war enemies.
If you search the actual official UN (www.un.org) site, there is no mention of it anywhere that I could find.

It is in Russian, of course, but it is the most fact filled analysis I have so far found. Use a translator app and see for yourself. The summary -

There are several lessons to learn from this, beyond the primary and obvious fact that global support for the US/NATO proxy war against Russia in Ukraine has declined precipitously, from 70% to 30% while open support for Russia's denazification of Ukraine has risen in the last 6 months from 30% to 70%. This is literally a reversal of political fortunes for all involved.
Further, the irrefutable fact of the censorship and bias of search engines as well as official government sites for anyone willing to take a few minutes to see for themselves, is as pervasive as it is pernicious.

❗️⚡️STATEMENT OF OMBUDSMAN DARIA MOROZOVA ON THE FATE OF AMERICAN MERCENARY ALAN JOSHUA
Despite numerous warnings from the Russian Federation and the DPR, citizens of a number of Western countries continue to arrive to Ukraine to participate in the war against the civilian population of Donbass. Moreover, the greed for gain blinds these persons so much that they obviously do not realize the consequences of such steps.
❗️So, on August 23, during the fighting in the area of Egorovka, the servicemen of the DPR People's Militia liquidated another foreign mercenary fighting on the Ukrainian side. Fleeing, the AFU militants left his corpse at the battlefield.
Documents were found on the body in the name of a US citizen, a native of Memphis, Alan Joshua, born in 1998. The body was sent to one of the DPR morgues.
Unlike Ukraine, we are committed to the principles of humanism even in relation to our enemies. US officials are notified of the death of Alan Joshua. We also confirm our readiness to hand over his remains to relatives for burial.
📣 I also informed representatives of international human rights organizations about the incident and about the readiness to hand over the body. In particular, the Head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Matilda Bogner.
⚠️ In addition, I would like to remind once again that mercenaries are not combatants and are not subject to international humanitarian law. Such persons are deprived of any "immunity" during hostilities. NEW BOMBING OF DONETSK IN PROGRESS
The daily terrorist bombings against the populations of Donetsk continue, justifying by their increased criminality the merciless crushing of the Ukrainian forces.
This Sunday morning, the day of the miners' day (and of the city of Donetsk), the ukro-Atlanticist artillery began to pound the civilian neighborhoods of the rebel city at daybreak:
- At 05:05 in the morning firing on the Kalininsky district east of the city center of Donetsk with 155 mm NATO shells.
- At 6.22 a.m., the Kirovsky district, west of the city center, was hit by 155mm
- At 0643, the Kievsky district, in the northern quarters, is hit in turn, again by NATO 155mm shells,
- At 07:40 am, it is the district of Petrovsky in the South West of Donetsk which is hit by Ukrainian 152mm shells...
- at 09:00 the ukro-Atlanticist bombardments continue alternately accelerated with the counter-battery firing of the republican defense units.
In the North, Yasinovataya and Gorlovka are also under Ukrainian fire as well as Dokuchaevsk south of Donetsk.
