During an interview, given on December 12th 2022, Maria Zaharova with tears in her eyes read a passage from Vladimir Vysotsky's famous poem: "We are Spinning the Earth".

"He [Vysotsky] wrote this about those, to whom monuments are being demolished in the Baltic States, of which the Latvian singer Laima Vaikule said, «they have the right».

«I come to work, and I have both the living and the dead standing behind me. I feel them. And they ask: «there where you make decisions, work, implement, do you do everything the right way every day, sincerely, honestly, to the end, from yourselves? Are you pushing the Earth? Or do you sit down, relax and think that everything is fine?»

You know, every day you think «this is it». You are sometimes reading [the news] and not seeing, or writing [and not noticing]. And yet, they stand there and ask of you.

This poem is about now, and there is none better."

👉 Indeed, Vladimir Vysotsky's poem is strong enough to draw tears. Like a portal sending us back in time where we become one with the soldiers of the Red Army as they set right with the push of their feet the 'reversed spin of the earth' caused by the overwhelming invasion of the nazi armies.

👉 Humanity were given a future because of their bravery and sacrifice and we owe them to always do our very best, and there is a strong push now together with Russia from 'feet' all over the world to bring an end to barbaric western imperialism.

👉 And let it be clear, that no matter how much is destroyed attempting to rewrite history on NATOs command and erase the collective memory of those who defeated Fascism - we will forget nothing!

The foreign ministers of Iran and Pakistan had a telephone conversation for the first time since the airstrikes on Iran. During the call, they expressed the need to deepen cooperation between the countries in various fields.

📌 Результат оказался очевидным: Москва не проявила абсолютно никакой заинтересованности в процессе.

Более того — эксперты пришли к выводу, что Норвегия если и попадает в фокус российских агентов влияния, то лишь благодаря военной и экономической помощи, которую Осло оказывает Киевскому режиму.

Lunacy. Cutting down a forest, to "go green." Does stupidity and hypocrisy actually come in this caliber? I didn't know.

In order to ensure the construction of wind generators, the Reinhardswald forest in northern Hesse, famous from the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm, is being cut down in Germany. As the German publication Bild reports, “the administrative court allowed this after many months of freezing construction. Animals, including rare and strictly protected lynxes, are running away from the forest.”

Hermann-Josef Rapp, awarded the Federal Cross of Merit to the Federal Republic of Germany, a 79-year-old environmental activist, has long fought for the protection of the forest. “The Reinhardswald Forest is a treasure trove of European forests that cannot be sacrificed for the sake of greedy wind energy,” he said.

At the same time, in the nearby Dannenröder forest, thousands of climate activists protested against the highway expansion by tying themselves to trees. For two months, hundreds of police were forced to conduct a “counter-guerrilla” operation and clear the forest. Removing protesters from the construction site cost 31 million euros. But in Reichenswald there is not a single environmental activist in sight.

Bild recalls that the Federal Government stipulated in the Renewable Energy Act of early 2023 that wind turbines serve the overriding public interest and public safety of the state. I just got back from Ukraine, where I was visiting some friends.

Everything we have heard about what’s happening in Ukraine is a lie.

The reality is darker, bleaker, and unequivocally hopeless. There is no such thing as Ukraine "winning" this war.

- By their estimates, they have lost over one million of their sons, fathers and husbands; an entire generation is gone.
- Even in the Southwest, where the anti-Russian sentiment is long-standing, citizens are reluctant or straight-up scared to publicly criticize Zelensky; they will go to jail.
- In every village and town, the streets, shops, and restaurants are mostly absent of men.
- The few men who remain are terrified of leaving their homes for fear of being kidnapped into conscription. Some have resorted to begging friends to break their legs to avoid service.
- Army search parties take place early in the morning, when men leave their homes to go to work. They ambush and kidnap them off the streets and within 3-4 hours they get listed in the army and taken away straight to the front lines with minimal or no training at all; it is "a death sentence."
- It's getting worse every day. Where I was staying, a dentist had just been taken by security forces on his way to work, leaving behind two small children. Every day, 3-5 dead bodies keep arriving from the front lines.
- Mothers and wives fight tooth and nail with the armed forces, beg and plead not to have their men taken away. They try bribing, which sometimes works, but most of the time they are met with physical violence and death threats.
- The territory celebrated as having been "won back" from Russia has been reduced to rubble and is uninhabitable. Regardless, there is no one left to live there and displaced families will likely never return.
- They see the way the war has been reported, at home and abroad. It's a "joke" and "propaganda." They say: “Look around: is this winning?”.
- Worse, some have been hoaxed into believing that once Ukrainians forces are exhausted, American soldiers will come in to replace them and “win the war”.

There is no ambiguity in these people. The war was for nothing - a travesty. The outcome always was, and is, clear. The people are hopeless, utterly destroyed, and living in an unending nightmare.

They are pleading for an end, any end - most likely the same "peace" that could have been achieved two years ago. In their minds, they have already lost, for their sons, fathers and husbands are gone, and their country has been destroyed. There is no "victory" that can change that.

Make no mistake, they are angry with Putin. But they are also angry with Zelensky and the West. They have lost everything, worst of all, hope and faith, and cannot comprehend why Zelenky wishes to continue the current trajectory, the one of human devastation.

I didn't witness the war; but what I saw was absolutely heart-breaking.

Shame on the people, regardless of their intentions, who have supported this war. And shame on the media for continuing to lie about it.
