Gonazlo's death is a crime by ukrop and U.S. nazis who allowed him to die in prison from medical neglect. It is a form of torture and murder. На Украине тоже строили укрытия. Ревизировали бомбоубежища. К счастью, у нас не настолько сильный уровень обстрелов с обеих сторон, чтобы возникла реальная необходимость в таких мерах. Да и выбегать из дома и бежать во время обстрела в бомбоубежище опаснее, чем ждать дома.

Строительство таких объектов — скорее психологическая реакция на угрозу. Надо же хоть что-то делать. В Донецке такие укрытия не стоят. А Донецк обстреливают 10 лет. За это время кого можно перевели на удаленную работу. Это реально помогает.

При этом надо понимать, что даже если открыть все бомбоубежища и забаррикадировать все остановки, это, к сожалению, не убережет от случайных жертв. Фактор неожиданности — постоянный спутник войны. Хотя можно, например, пленками окна общественного транспорта бронировать, чтобы осколками людей не било. Странно, что этого до сих пор не сделали. Это бы тоже реально помогало. Это не дорого, но эффективно.

Единственный способ справиться с обстрелами — отодвигать линию фронта. Лишать ВСУ орудий. Побеждать. Ничто другое не поможет.
