🇺🇸 🇮🇱 🇱🇧 Confidential US report finds Israel unlikely to win against Hezbollah on second front

🔶️ The US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) found that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) would be too stretched by fighting on two fronts, with the air force already overworked by constant raids on Gaza.

🔶️ IDF pilots would face far more dangerous missions going up against Hezbollah’s powerful air defences, the DIA warned, according to a report in the Washington Post.

🔶️ On Sunday, the IDF said it had wrapped up combat operations in northern Gaza and completed the “dismantling” of Hamas’s command structure there.

🔶️ Tens of thousands of troops have already been withdrawn from Gaza, with some already being redeployed to the northern front in the event war breaks out there.

🔶️ Iran-backed Hezbollah has an arsenal of tens of thousands of rockets and missiles, and groups of experienced fighters who have battleground experience in Lebanon and Syria. Its commanders have also advised other Iran-backed militant groups in Yemen and Iraq.

Ukrainian terrorists attacked residential buildings in Makeevka

Ukrainian terrorists attacked the Chervonogvardeisky district of Makeyevka in the DPR; damage to glazing and structures in residential buildings was recorded

Houthis release video of ballistic missile launch

The Houthis said they would continue attacks in the Red Sea until the end of Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip.

The Houthis are threatening to attack US and British bases in the region if they expand hostilities. Abdullah bin Amer, a representative of the Houthi leadership, stated this to the Qatari television channel Al Jazeera.

"If Washington and London expand hostilities, we will strike their bases in the region"

The Western coalition bombed a dozen targets in four major cities in Yemen. The main targets were military warehouses, launch sites and radar stations - everything the Houthis needed to terrorize Western shipping in the Red Sea. Whether the strikes were effective or not will be shown by Yemen’s further actions in the region, but the Houthis themselves say that their military infrastructure was not badly damaged.

The United States has stopped attacks on Yemen for now and is waiting for a response. It was not long in coming - the Houthis are launching missiles en masse and seem ready to up the ante with strikes on Western military bases. The question remains whether Yemen will carry out its threat to go to war with Saudi Arabia and the UAE, which have sided with the West.
