Further to the announcement dated 05/05/1405, please be informed that obtaining a Unique Identification Code (Yekta Code) by September 1, 2026 (10 Shahrivar 1405) is mandatory for all students.
Since obtaining the Yekta Code is one of the requirements for registration, benefiting from Health Insurance coverage, and completing other related administrative procedures, all students are kindly requested to obtain this code as soon as possible and not postpone the process until the final days.

آغاز طرح جامع مشاوره و غربالگری سلامت روان ویژه دانشجویان پردیس بین‌الملل
به اطلاع کلیه دانشجویان محترم پردیس بین‌الملل می‌رساند، در راستای ارتقای سلامت روان، افزایش آگاهی و سواد سلامت روان، پیشگیری از بروز مشکلات روحی و روان‌شناختی، شناسایی زودهنگام مشکلات و ارائه حمایت و خدمات مشاوره‌ای مناسب، طرح جامع مشاوره و غربالگری سلامت روان دانشجویان بین‌الملل با برنامه‌ریزی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی و در چارچوب برنامه‌های سلامت‌محور معاونت دانشجویی و فرهنگی پردیس بین‌الملل اجرا می‌شود.
این طرح با نظارت و اجرای آقای دکتر حسن صمدی، روان‌شناس معاونت دانشجویی و فرهنگی بین الملل انجام خواهد شد.
🔴 انجام غربالگری برای کلیه دانشجویان الزامی است
کلیه دانشجویان پردیس بین‌الملل موظف‌اند با مراجعه به سامانه غربالگری سلامت روان وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، نسبت به تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های روان‌شناختی و پاسخ‌گویی دقیق و صادقانه به سؤالات اقدام نمایند:

تبصره: دانشجویانی که پیش‌تر از طریق سامانه فوق، پرسشنامه‌های غربالگری روان‌شناختی را به‌طور کامل تکمیل کرده‌اند، نیازی به تکمیل مجدد پرسشنامه‌ها ندارند.
تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های غربالگری، الزامی بوده و بخشی از فرآیند پایش سلامت دانشجویان محسوب می‌شود.
هدف از اجرای این طرح، شناسایی به‌موقع مشکلات و نیازهای روان‌شناختی، پیشگیری و ارائه خدمات مشاوره‌ای و حمایتی مناسب و در صورت نیاز، ارجاع دانشجو به خدمات تخصصی است.
اطلاعات ثبت‌شده دانشجویان محرمانه بوده و صرفاً در چارچوب ضوابط مربوط به خدمات سلامت روان مورد استفاده قرار خواهد گرفت.
همچنین آقای دکتر حسن صمدی با مراجعه به خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی، راهنمایی‌های لازم درباره نحوه ورود به سامانه، تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها و پاسخ به سؤالات دانشجویان را ارائه خواهند کرد.
از کلیه دانشجویان محترم انتظار می‌رود با توجه به الزام انجام غربالگری، در اسرع وقت نسبت به تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها اقدام نمایند.
تکمیل غربالگری، گامی ضروری برای پایش سلامت روان و حمایت از سلامت و موفقیت تحصیلی شماست.

🔴 Important and Mandatory Psychological Screening Announcement
Attention: All Students of the International Campus, Tehran University of Medical Sciences
Launch of the Comprehensive Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Screening Program for International Campus Students
All respected students of the International Campus are hereby informed that, in order to promote mental health, increase awareness and mental health literacy, prevent psychological and emotional problems, facilitate early identification of mental health concerns, and provide appropriate counseling and support services, the Comprehensive Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Screening Program for International Students is being implemented under the supervision and planning of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and within the health-related programs of the Student and Cultural Affairs Department of the International Campus.
This program will be supervised and implemented by Dr. Hassan Samadi, Psychologist at the International Campus Student and Cultural Affairs Department.
🔴 Psychological Screening Is Mandatory for All Students
All students of the International Campus are required to access the Mental Health Screening System of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, complete the psychological screening questionnaires, and answer all questions accurately and honestly:

Note: Students who have previously completed all psychological screening questionnaires through the above-mentioned system do not need to complete them again.
Completion of the psychological screening questionnaires is mandatory and is considered part of the students’ health monitoring process.
Purpose of the Program
The purpose of this program is to:
Identify psychological concerns and needs at an early stage;
Prevent the development or worsening of psychological problems;
Provide appropriate counseling and support services;
Refer students to specialized mental health services when necessary.

🔴 انجام غربالگری برای کلیه دانشجویان الزامی است
کلیه دانشجویان پردیس بین‌الملل موظف‌اند با مراجعه به سامانه غربالگری سلامت روان وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، نسبت به تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های روان‌شناختی و پاسخ‌گویی دقیق و صادقانه به سؤالات اقدام نمایند:

تبصره: دانشجویانی که پیش‌تر از طریق سامانه فوق، پرسشنامه‌های غربالگری روان‌شناختی را به‌طور کامل تکمیل کرده‌اند، نیازی به تکمیل مجدد پرسشنامه‌ها ندارند.
تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های غربالگری، الزامی بوده و بخشی از فرآیند پایش سلامت دانشجویان محسوب می‌شود.
هدف از اجرای این طرح، شناسایی به‌موقع مشکلات و نیازهای روان‌شناختی، پیشگیری و ارائه خدمات مشاوره‌ای و حمایتی مناسب و در صورت نیاز، ارجاع دانشجو به خدمات تخصصی است.
اطلاعات ثبت‌شده دانشجویان محرمانه بوده و صرفاً در چارچوب ضوابط مربوط به خدمات سلامت روان مورد استفاده قرار خواهد گرفت.
همچنین آقای دکتر حسن صمدی با مراجعه به خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی، راهنمایی‌های لازم درباره نحوه ورود به سامانه، تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها و پاسخ به سؤالات دانشجویان را ارائه خواهند کرد.
از کلیه دانشجویان محترم انتظار می‌رود با توجه به الزام انجام غربالگری، در اسرع وقت نسبت به تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها اقدام نمایند.

Launch of the Comprehensive Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Screening Program for International Campus Students
All respected students of the International Campus are hereby informed that, in order to promote mental health, increase awareness and mental health literacy, prevent psychological and emotional problems, facilitate early identification of mental health concerns, and provide appropriate counseling and support services, the Comprehensive Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Screening Program for International Students is being implemented under the supervision and planning of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and within the health-related programs of the Student and Cultural Affairs Department of the International Campus.
This program will be supervised and implemented by Dr. Hassan Samadi, Psychologist at the International Campus Student and Cultural Affairs Department.
🔴 Psychological Screening Is Mandatory for All Students
All students of the International Campus are required to access the Mental Health Screening System of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, complete the psychological screening questionnaires, and answer all questions accurately and honestly:

Note: Students who have previously completed all psychological screening questionnaires through the above-mentioned system do not need to complete them again.
Completion of the psychological screening questionnaires is mandatory and is considered part of the students’ health monitoring process.
Purpose of the Program
The purpose of this program is to:
Identify psychological concerns and needs at an early stage;
Prevent the development or worsening of psychological problems;
Provide appropriate counseling and support services;
Refer students to specialized mental health services when necessary.
