Our main aim is to explain the problems that have happened clearly, so there won’t be any more misunderstandings about the recent situation. We sincerely apologize if there is any mistake in our explanation, we are here only to clarify the existing problem based on our perspective. We truly value the trust and understanding of everyone affected, and we are determined to rebuild and restore that trust through meaningful actions.

By recognizing our mistakes, we intention to strengthen our efforts to avoid similar issues in the future and to rebuild the trust that may have been shaken.
