Ukraine remains a choice destination for a significant number of Nigerian students, mostly those in medical-related fields, as cost is cheaper compared with other western countries.

It has become extremely risky to evacuate the approximately 5,600 Nigerians in Ukraine. They are reported to be hiding in bunkers. Their Internet is down and obviously that airspace has become unsafe for any immediate rescue exercise as I am certain Nigeria is watching and waiting for an appropriate moment to evacuate the Nigerian Diaspora there.
I am sure our ever ready lady of might and substance is already on top of matters as ever.
