What is #Testnet?

No matter what the type of project is in the field of #software development, we need to run it at a local #network to test whether it is working perfectly or not.

A similar thing is with the #Cryptocurrency world where developers develop their projects and check out the working ability of #performance at the TestNet network.

At the testnet network, they check that how efficiently it is working and how it is different from another programming, and how many levels of #security it can pass, so that everyone can use it without any tension of hack or attack at the network.

What is #MainNet?

In some cases, Mainnet is known as a live network also. After all the trials at TestNet network, The team of #coin launches his project at MainNet for the use, where people can use the coin to mine, stacking, and transaction easily.

So in simple word MainNet is the main network where #Blockchain data program actually runs.

Difference between Testnet and Mainnet

We can’t transfer coin from Testnet to MainNet or vice versa. In simple words we can say they can’t intermix with each other even both are running at the same #technology and the same algorithm with the same name.

What is (#NRPL) Net Realized Profit/Loss ?

(#NURL) Net Realized Profit/Loss metric presenting the net magnitude of #profit, or loss realized by all holders spending #coins. Realized Profit/Loss is assessed relative to the price when a #coin last moved. In other words, it is the #difference between the selling price of the #investment and its #original cost basis, including any transaction #costs and taxes that were incurred in the process.

#Positive values (Above 0) indicate #profits are being realized, where price #continues to trend higher and #Negative values (below 0) indicate losses are being realized on-chain. Where price continues to trend #lower.
What's is #NUPL (Net Unrealized Profit/Loss) ?

NUPL (Net Unrealized Profit/Loss) looks at the difference between Unrealized Profit and Unrealized Loss to determine whether the network as a whole is currently in a state of profit or loss. Net Unrealized Profit and Loss (#NUPL) is the difference between market cap and realized cap divided by market cap.

Assuming that the latest #coin movement is the result of a purchase, #NUPL indicates the total amount of profit/loss in all the coins represented as a ratio.

It could be interpreted as the #ratio of investors who are in profit.

Values over '0' indicate investors are in #profit and an increasing trend in value means more #investors are beginning to be in #profit.

This phase indicates the increasing reason to take #profit which leads to an increase in sell pressure.
Proof of Burn vs Coins Burn ?

So, what's the difference between the Proof of Burn and Coin Burn? Let's find it out.

Proof of Burn (#PoB) and Coin Burn are two distinct concepts related to #cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

Proof of Burn (PoB) is a consensus #mechanism where participants demonstrate their commitment to the network by burning (#destroying) a certain amount of their own coins or #tokens. By burning these coins, participants show that they have incurred a #cost, thus proving their dedication to the network. In return, they may receive mining #rewards or other benefits in the form of newly #minted coins or tokens.

Coin Burn, on the other hand, refers to the deliberate and #permanent removal of coins or tokens from #circulation. This can be done by sending them to a specific address or a #non-spendable wallet, making them unobtainable and effectively reducing the total supply of the cryptocurrency. Coin burn is often performed by project teams or token issuers to manage #supply and create #scarcity, potentially #increasing the value of the remaining coins.

While both Proof of Burn and Coin Burn involve the destruction of coins, they serve different purposes. Proof of Burn is a consensus mechanism that uses burning as a way to validate participation and secure the network, while #Coin Burn is a strategy to manage supply and potentially influence the value of the #cryptocurrency.
