All completed transactions are final. No refunds will be issued once a deal is complete.

4. Fees
All exchange/VCC fees are non-refundable, including canceled or failed transactions.

5. Price Volatility
The final exchange amount is based on the value of the currency at the time of required confirmation.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for:

• Wallet restrictions, freezes, or flagged transactions
• Any issues after the transaction is completed
• Goods/services purchased using exchanged funds
• Payment reversals, chargebacks, or disputes

7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing correct wallet details. Any loss due to incorrect information is on you.

8. Network Fees
All blockchain/network fees are the user’s responsibility.

9. Confirmation
Funds are released after a minimum of one (1) network confirmation.

10. Cancellations
If a transaction is canceled, refunds (if applicable) will reflect the crypto’s value at the time of return.
