One of the greatest role models in charity and humanitarian service is Mother Teresa.

Born in 1910, Mother Teresa dedicated her life to serving the poorest and sickest people in society. She founded the Missionaries of Charity, a group focused on helping abandoned children, the homeless, patients with severe illnesses, and people dying without care.

What made her extraordinary was not wealth or power, but consistency in compassion. She believed that even the smallest act of kindness had value. She said that people should not wait to do “great things,” but instead do small things with great love.
Her humanitarian work spread across many countries and inspired millions of volunteers, healthcare workers, and students to engage in community service and charity work. In 1979, she received the Nobel Peace Prize for her humanitarian efforts.

One of her most remembered ideas was:
“If you cannot feed one hundred people, then feed just one.”

Her life became a symbol of:
Compassion
Selfless service and
Humility

Myth:
“Blood donation makes people permanently weak."

Fact:
The body quickly replaces the donated plasma, and most healthy people recover very fast after donating blood.

Fact:
Blood donation is a safe medical procedure performed using sterile, single-use equipment by trained professionals.

Your safety matters throughout the process.

❤️ Safe for you. Lifesaving for others.
🩸 MYTH vs FACT #3

Myth:
“One person’s blood donation doesn’t make a difference.”
