2. Don't need to care about the data stuff, it changes alot during beta. The whole system of his kit is logistic. Cons is his kit is not that suitable for speedrun.
Also he's not that suits for Remembrance MC/Pela.
His mechanism also makes him hard to achieve 4000pt at Apocalyptic Shadow
3. Burst between burst is actually quite distanced, so basically only use one burst only for e0 (0e, 0T, MoC). e2 and e0 has a huge distance on dmg. e1 allows you to burst twice and e2 buffs your dmg greatly.

more detailed translation for clarification
The AV interval of the ultimate is quite large.
Were you to use the ultimate right after the battle starts(29 cycle left), the ultimate would end up in 28 cycles left section anyways.
Plus the charging time is particularly long, even if you could charge a second ultimate, there would be not many actions within the first cycle left.
It can basically be defaulted that E0 can only achieve one ultimate in 0 cycle
the AoE energy regen of e1 allows to 2 ult - 0 cycle rotations to exists
The AV interval of the ultimate is quite large.
Were you to use the ultimate right after the battle starts(29 cycle left), the ultimate would end up in 28 cycles left section anyways.
