懲教署公布，累計約1,000名在囚人士染疫，須全面暫停探訪至3月20日，據悉正分別於石壁監獄和赤柱監獄服刑的支聯會前主席李卓人和前副主席何俊仁，均在獄中確診。消息人士對《獨媒》確認，何俊仁快速測試結果呈陽性，兩人目前均沒有發燒、咳嗽等病徵。
