NSWHK將於今年5-6月在英進行「起來，向極權說不!」一連串對抗極權活動， 揭視中共實屬極權世界一分子的本質，呼籲每個人以行動來對抗。
諾定咸市因應俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭，早前與俄羅斯及白俄羅脫離姊妹城市關係。基於中國支持俄羅斯的立場，NSWHK將收集社會大眾堅決否定此舉的訴求，向地區議會提出諾定咸市應與中國姊妹城市「寧波」脫離姊妹城市關係的請求，以示與極權割席的決心。
是次聯署將於6月12日遊行後連同請願信遞交給地區議會。
