This is a sticker I designed ages ago, to take advantage of a free sticker promotion. I absolutely love it, but there's not much market for a random person's fursona. So I've just given them to friends. It makes for a good profile picture though, and I'm really pleased with it overall.

A preview of a panel from my webcomic, Unchosen Star! This panel will be on the page that updates this Friday, August 30th. This is a toy version of a creature native to the Akyn homeplanet. It lives entirely in the caves, and fills a similar role to bats on earth. They're much, much larger though.

I spent sunday teaching myself how to animate! I used a bunch of different tutorials on Youtube! This was the first thing I animated, aside from the prerequisite bouncing ball.

My second animation! This is a little rodent-like creature native to my main character's planet, Thrira. For the longest time I didn't have a name for the species - I'd been calling them the  Faclemousse in my head, based on me *grossely* misspelling Faceless Mouse when saving a sketch on my computer and not looking at what I was typing. But that's not a great name, so eventually, when it became relevant in my comic, I came up with the name Shydaxi. They're mostly considered a pest, but Toral thinks they're adorable.

My first entry! Technically I'm not finished reading it, I have 15 hours left for Sanderson's Wind and Truth. I generally ready mostly Science Fiction and Fantasy, so my genre list takes that into account. I find the Stormlight books are equal parts Science Fiction AND fantasy so it has it's own category.

So the other day, as I was dozing off, I had a dream, of which I only remember a fragment - I was ranting to someone, and I said "And then he walked in, with his damn tonygrizzle green [BLANK] blah blah blah". I don't remember the object, nor do I remember the rest of the sentence, aside from tone, which was very irritated. But I woke up, grabbed my phone, said to my still awake husband "I invented a new colour." wrote the name down in the notes, and fell back asleep. I still remembered the colour - a dark forest green with a hint of blue. So here it is. Tonygrizzle Green. My new colour.

It was a sleepy, but short drive home! We chatting about the game, and my husband explained about all the stuff the Safe had protecting it that we completely bypassed.
