On National Navajo Code Talkers Day, we celebrate the honor, integrity, and duty of these incredible Native Americans.

Apologies for slacking, yall; it's my bday week coming up and I intend to enjoy all of it, even amidst global WWIII picking up.
As for a knee update; finally, it's almost back from what seems like the longest rehab ever... seriously, this has been the most unpleasant injury I've had yet.
Upside is I've mastered giving myself occasional peptide injections without jumping off the needle) along with remaining on the table during dry needle therapy. As far as RBF therapy, (which I was all wait whut, resting bitch face because born with it), it's the least most painful part of custom PT.
FTR, restricted blood flow (RBF) therapy is kinda unpleasant; the last sets have had me questioning a few life choices every freaking time. Just know it's nothing like dry needle therapy which puts needles directly into spasming spots of bitchy muscles & tendons (it's been in my psoas, FFS - on both sides) and then electrical current gets attached so it goes directly into the stubborn areas, creating antihistamine-type of reaction. It isn't pain free.
Anyhoo, thing is, none of the pain matters. Do what needs done to repair you and then see how things shake out because what's learned when you've been injured?
That shid's priceless.
