Despite the unprecedented counterattack by Ukrainian forces in the direction of #Kharkov, the enemy has intensified its artillery operations:
➖ Ukrainian units shelled Kazachya Lopan, Uda, Sosnovka and Bolshiye Prokhody in the north of #Kharkov region. #Izyum and #Balakleya were heavily shelled by Ukrainian forces in the direction of #Barvenkovo.
➖ Ukrainian DRGs regularly penetrate the territory controlled by the Russian forces. The enemy sniper groups operate in the vicinity of the Ud.
➖ The Russian Forces carried out strikes on the location of the Kraken national battalion in the Kiev district of #Kharkov.
➖ Russian artillery and aviation operated on targets near Stary Saltov, Andreevka, Dolyna, Gusarovka, Slatino, Chuguyeva and Peremogi.
▪️ Ukrainian forces claimed to have captured the village of #Ozernoye on the northern bank of the Seversky Donets in the direction of #Slavyansk-#Barvenkovo. In reality, it was a PR stunt: the enemy crossed the river in a small group and took a series of photos in the empty village in the grey zone, after which they retreated to their original position.
Despite formal control of the settlement by Allied forces there is no stronghold in #Ozerny, as any location there would be vulnerable due to the terrain. The settlement is in a low-lying area.
