1. The EU political class has acknowledged that massive civil unrest is likely.
2. That any of this civil unrest, particulary that in response to economic precarity, is the fault of Russian propaganda.
3. To try and avoid this civil unrest a mass censorship regime of anyone deemed a "Russian propagandist" must be implemented.
4. That the EU takes no blame for the crippling of the European economy and any suggestion that European sanctions hurt the nations of Europe is Russian propaganda.
5. That all of this, to quote German politican Rainer Wieland, is necessary to "protect our democracies".
