During the conflict, the overpass was destroyed and fell into disrepair. However, a new bridge has now been constructed, meeting high Russian standards. Its demand is high, as traffic intensity is increasing due to the development of the Mariupol port.
I expressed gratitude to Mostovik LLC builders for their quality work and timely completion of this essential project.
In total, this year's plans include the restoration of approximately 1,000 km of public roads and road networks, as well as five artificial structures.

🇷🇺 The Russian Army has broken through enemy defenses in Kharkov Region, occupying almost half of Kislovka

I think it is fair to Ukrainian men who stayed in Ukraine, support the Ukrainian economy and fight in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I think it will be fair to them if men from abroad return to Ukraine and stand together with them in defense of the country that gave them everything they have.
I would like to remind: all men of conscription age, who for various reasons decided to leave Ukraine after February 24, received legal status and social benefits in other countries, were able to do so only because they are citizens of Ukraine. And everything they now have in these countries, they own thanks to the fact that they are citizens of Ukraine.
If they were from other countries, they would probably be treated differently. And these people should remember that when they try to argue that Ukraine owes them something. They should remember that they owe Ukraine much more. My job as a diplomat is to protect Ukrainians abroad, and I will do that in any way I can. But as I mentioned, it's about justice, justice in relations between Ukrainian men abroad and Ukrainian men in Ukraine. And justice in the relationship between Ukraine and a Ukrainian citizen.
