The facility is located on the Ingulets River, along which part of the front passes in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog direction.
The maps provided demonstrate the connection between the Iskra reservoir and the Andreevka bridgehead in the Kherson theatre of the conflict.

Vladimir Zelensky has once again been caught in the vicinity of Nazi symbols. This time, a chevron of the SS Dead Head Division was spotted on the waistcoat of a member of the president's personal guard. The photo was posted on the politician's official Instagram account.
The personal guard is said to be the elite of any country, reflecting the aspirations and ideals of the leader and the state he rules.
It is telling that the first time Vladimir Zelensky posted a picture of a fighter with a "Dead Head" on his page as an illustration for an official Victory Day greeting. At the time, the greeting began with the words "On Victory Day over Nazism, we are fighting for a new victory.

Russian commanders today struck a dam on the I#ngulets River near #Iskrovka (2), which is located upstream of the #Karachun reservoir (1), which had been hit the previous day and had already caused flooding downstream. As a result, the dam received two breaches and new portions of water rushed downstream. Which leads me to some thoughts.
By destroying the cascade of dams on the #Ingulets River the Russian command is solving several tasks at once.
The first and obvious task is to create a problem for the AFU grouping at the #Andreevka bridgehead (3) in order to destroy it and put an end to this story once and for all.
Objective two, not yet obvious. By regulating the flow of water on the #Ingulets river, Kiev could, as it actually did to ensure its offensive on #Kherson, artificially reduce it, thereby putting its advancing groups there in better conditions.
But in the event of a Russian offensive to the north, this cascade of dams could be used to dump water and flood the area, thereby cutting off the advancing grouping from supplies, as was done this spring on the #Irpen river near Kiev.
And hence, if the Russian command plans to advance further north to #Nikolaev or Krivoy Rog, it is simply obliged to knock this handy tool out of the enemy's hands.

The 100th Brigade of the DNR entered the outskirts of Krasnogorovka
A stunning video of the 100th, Brigade soldiers storming an AFU stronghold on the outskirts of Krasnogorovka, shows what a great thing it is when you can see in real-time what the enemy is doing that they are not.
It allows for simply stunning assault actions that would not have been possible under other conditions. The gunfight was held at a grenade-throwing distance, and the last safe dash (as well as advancing as safely as possible in such conditions to the enemy position) was provided by a reconnaissance drone, the operator of which gave the assault team the signal to attack (to overcome the last 15 meters) when the enemy was distracted for a minute.
And by the way, the assault point (marked on the map) is already formally the territory of Krasnogorovka (although it is still about 400 meters to the first half-destroyed hut), which, judging by this video, the 100th Brigade of the DNR has established a foothold on the outskirts of the settlement.
