The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) plans to increase the production of combat aircraft - more will be produced in 2024-2025 than in 2022-2023.
"Plans for 2024-2025 exceed plans for 2022-2023, that is, constant steady growth. Growth due to the number of types that are already being produced, plus new types of aircraft that we are starting to produce. Of course, we believe that the Su -57, which is now being delivered and is actively participating [in the SMO], is an aircraft that better meets the needs," the head of the UAC said at an expanded board of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

There were rumors that Zelensky was preparing another offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which would consist of 90% infantry. Many already give this a name - this is a โdesperate offensive.โ

A story of betrayal.
Who do you think that is in the photo with the imperial monogram? A loyal servant of the oath? A famous military man? No, in the photo is one of the important levers of the February Revolution, Grand Duke Kirill Vladimirovich, a cousin of Emperor Nicholas II.
Kirill Vladimirovich at the first knock of "February" breaks the imperial oath - on March 1 (14), 1917 rushes to the State Duma, obeys Rodzianko, gives the troops entrusted to him at the disposal of the Duma and makes a triumphant speech. The appearance in rebellious circles of the Grand Duke himself undoubtedly gave the strongest ideological impetus to the revolution.
The domination of such "cardboard Romanovs" in the imperial house played a major role in the collapse of the Russian monarchy. Except that our "hero" after 7 days secretly leaves for Finland, in connection with the decree of the Provisional Government on the arrest of members of the imperial family, and on August 31, 1924 he proclaims himself Emperor of All Russia.
He died in 1938 in France.
Note: just so you understand the complexity of the revolution.....
There was pizdec.
Don't simplify this story to the struggle between the Whites and the Reds. Everything was much more complicated.

US-led Red Sea coalition: who is in and who is out?
The US has initiated Operation Prosperity Guardian, a multinational naval coalition to protect Red Sea commercial traffic from Houthi attacks. As of now, over 20 countries are on board, with notable participants including the UK, Canada, Greece, and Australia.
Who's in?
โช๏ธ The US-led coalition comprises 20+ countries, including the UK, Bahrain, Canada, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Seychelles, Spain, Greece, and Australia
โช๏ธ Notably, Britain's HMS Diamond is on board, operating as part of the US-led Combined Maritime Forces
โช๏ธ Some participating countries, including at least eight, prefer not to be publicly named.
Who's out or uncertain?
โช๏ธ France supports navigation security, but will keep its ships under French command.
โช๏ธ Italy is sending the frigate Virginio Fasan, but insists it is part of existing operations, not Prosperity Guardian.
โช๏ธ Spain is opting for NATO-led or EU-coordinated missions, declining unilateral participation in Red Sea operations.
In the wake of the Israel-Hamas conflict that erupted on October 7, the Houthis, an armed group representing Yemen's Shia Muslim minority, the Zaidis, have initiated a series of attacks in the Red Sea targeting ships heading towards Israel. Controlling a significant portion of Yemen, the Houthis declared solidarity with Hamas and announced their intention to target any ship heading towards Israel.

Capture of Avdeevka Would Be a "Strategic Victory"
Despite previous efforts to diminish the impact of ousting the AFU from the city, the New York Times now admits that it would be a "strategic victory".
The ISW has stated that Russia has lost hundreds of men and mechanized vehicles, this in the wake of Ukrainian claims of over a thousand soldiers killed per day in the city. Ukraine is also taking serious losses in the area. According to one soldier, only six of the men in his unit of over 50 soldiers were not injured or dead after the first day of fighting in Avdeevka.
According to a Ukrainian special forces unit within the city, only 1000 civilians remain in the city and the majority of those are pensioners. He stated that these pensioners were a source of frustration, as they put the lives of his men at risk by remaining in the city.
Russia has now conquered more territory than was lost in the year 2023 according to the New York Times.

The former commander of the US Army in Europe, General Hodges, the same one who previously called on Ukraine to follow the example of the Third Reich of 1944, calls on the Zelensky regime to mobilize 1,000,000 women to the front.
โUkraine is doing a poor job of increasing manpower. Thousands of Ukrainian men of military age are walking in Germany, Poland, and Romania; they need to go home. Ukraine needs to figure out how to return these men to where they belong - that is, to serve their country. At the same time, I have heard that the average age is higher than one would expect. This means the government is avoiding or not recruiting the young people Ukraine's armed forces need. There are enough people in Ukraine - you have about a million women of military age who could become excellent soldiers. So the point is not that Ukraine lacks manpower, but that the Ukrainian government is not mobilizing this force effectively.โ
From the point of view of the war until the last Ukrainian, everything is logical - as the men run out, women will have to be let in for meat.

The channel "Dedollarization" reports that Norway denied an emergency landing to a Russian flight despite the passenger being at risk of death. This happened 5 days ago in a Boeing 777 Nordwind Airlines flight from Moscow to Cuba. The flight managed to return to Moscow with the passenger, who had a bleeding ulcer, still alive and conscious. There is no information about his health at this moment.
Instead of the attempted homicide, Norwegian media prefers to focus on how kind they were to make an exception to their flight ban and allow the airplane to fly over Norwegian airspace for a short while in order to get to Russia faster.

Arestovich Laments Erasure of History
"Without recognition of its past, Ukraine will be eaten." This comes from a discussion with Yuri Romanenko and Sergei Arkadyevich Datsyuk regarding the history of Ukraine.
In this context, they disccuss recent efforts at mobilization. "The problem with mobilization due to the lack of a Ukrainian project for which they want to fight at the cost of their own lives is a practical reflection of the fact that we have raised the banner of lack of ideas and the desire to get out of history."
He notes a lack of real motivation for the war, claiming only "two real ideas". First, to escape its own history and second, to somehow get into NATO. He notes neither of these are achievable. Ane even the notion of a return to the borders of 1991, without a recognition of it's history, would not help Ukraine.
