Memorandum on consultations and international cooperation signed between the Russian and Somali Foreign Ministries

We've discussed prospects for bilateral relations with Somalia - Sergey Lavrov

"We have stated our willingness to expand ties in the humanitarian and economic spheres. They expressed support for strengthening the country's unity and combating terrorism and extremism. Russian businessmen are interested in joint work with Somali partners in the field of energy and other promising areas," the Foreign Minister said.

Russia also provides humanitarian support to Somalia, both through the World Food Programme and through funds located, for example, in the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

About the business model. Fighter as a Service

There is much to say about American business in general and the military-industrial complex in particular. Mostly negative these days. Great examples of how you can't make a product, from cars to the m777. Any other country with such quality products would have died out a hundred times over. But what saves the U.S. time and time again is the lifesaving wand that makes up for all the technical and engineering fuck-ups. It is their ability to formulate business models that hide the real cost of the product and prevent all customer attempts to switch to alternative suppliers.

Before, it was in the contract. They hid training, parts, support, service and everything else in it. Whole armies of lawyers, together with State Department officials, made sure that the contract, especially the part called the End User License Agreement, was strictly enforced.

Before. A long time ago. When animals could still talk. Now that time is over...

EULA is the business model of the 20th century with IBM, Microsoft and the like on the throne. These days, selling wunderwaffles with the accompanying EULA still exists as a formality, but everyone has long since moved on to more modern business models that guarantee a steady flow of money and, through the network, severely restrict user actions. This is being done everywhere, from softwares, where it was invented, to cars and tractors.

The adoption of such a model by the American military-industrial complex was inevitable. First, it is money, a constant flow of money. Secondly, it is a short leash and a strict collar for all buyers, and automatically turns them into "allies", or rather - into cannon fodder.

The flagship of the campaign for transition to the new business model is the F35. Fighter as a Service. FaaS. Fighter as a Service. The country that buys the F35 is not buying a fighter jet. It leases a resource. Everything the F35 can do is completely controlled by the software engineer. After each flight (and even in flight), the fighter jet leaks telemetry to a centralized system that describes its condition. The same system is responsible for flight planning, entering target data and programming "intelligent weapons". This huge indivisible "software monster" exists in a single form in the U.S. military network. All the "customers" (in quotes) in the real world are users. If there is no connection to the cloud, the fighter can survive in manual mode for a few weeks and/or flight hours. After that it turns into a pile of composites on a titanium frame. Other modern weapons - Himars, missiles, etc. - also work according to the same scheme.

If you have a déjà vu that we are talking about Oracle, SAP or another big IT system, then we can make you happy - this is it. Exactly the same business model. Which was sculpted by the same people. The similarity, by the way, does not end there. Modern SaaS and IaaS systems have taken years to build. They have huge development costs. Amazon, Google and Microsoft Azure have millions and millions of man-hours invested. No one will "throw that kind of money on a barrel" and "incremental development" has been added to the SaaS/IaaS business model.

It's the same with F35. If everyone involved in this scam told their governments and parliaments how much it would cost, no one would give them a cent. As it is... First it flies - 💸 Then you can load and roll a bomb on it (but not drop it). 💵. Then the bomb can be dropped, but without being tipped. 💵. Then the bomb will become intelligent and can be controlled from a single center. 💵. Then 4 years of software amendments. 💵. 💵. And more 💵. And after that, everyone will pay until the end of time. The governments of the "Overdeveloped West Papuans" have the same chance of jumping off this scam as the software company that developed the product over Amazon, Google or Apple. In other words, zero.
Against this backdrop, "old" weapons like the F16, F18 and A10 are not just scrap metal. They are scrap metal, preventing the chopping of dough. It needs to disappear. Which is what will be done.
Ukraine may join Nato partially - The New York Times

"West Germany represents a precedent for a country that joined NATO while divided. At the same time, the country has continued to seek reunification. If Ukraine fails to force the Russian army to retreat, a strong argument for a ceasefire would be to offer Ukraine NATO membership with the creation of demilitarised zones where peacekeepers from China, India and NATO countries would be deployed," the article writes.

The paper noted that under this option, Ukraine would have a chance to restore its territorial integrity in the future.

UKRAINE ORGAN HARVESTING SCANDAL BACKGROUND

Hot on the heels of our previous report, this detailed confession video has resurfaced, of an AFU medical officer allegedly involved in an international organ harvesting ring operating in Donbas back in 2015. Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and his wife Sandra Roelof are alleged to have been involved. Warning: Graphic descriptions.

According to the whistleblower, the ring was run by Dutch transplant specialist Elizabeth "Elsa" Debru. Organs were harvested (without consent) from injured Ukrainian soldiers and even civilians. The organs were then sold by the Saakashvilis to customers in Europe, USA and elsewhere.
