Today, May the 20th of 2023, is safe to say that has become historical. This is the day that lots have been waiting for.

So, it would be great to provide some insight on what happens next:

For those who don't think that the capture of Artyomovsk is strategic or important are people who have fallen for western propaganda.

Basics first: It's extremely important to consider how symbolic this city/town has become throughout the SMO. Before, people didn't even know this place existed, but now pretty much everyone following this conflict has heard of the name "Bakhmut" but most importantly, it's real name - Artemovsk.

Why am I mentioning this? Well, because this victory is not only a simple territorial gain. It's also a huge political and moral blow to the Nazi government of Ukraine and its army. Zelensky clearly instructed to hold it as much as the nazis could. He clinged on the last centimeter disregarding the amount of casualties his army took. This is a giveaway on how important it is. Unfortunately, innocent souls were annihilated. Yes, between the nazis there was regular people who did not want to fight but was thrown as fresh meat. So out of respect, I'll state - RIP those who were dragged by force and died forcibly serving the interests of the most corrupted drug addict out there.

Such a political and moral blow means that the Nazi army might start to finally recognize the irrational decisions of its leadership. People might finally wake up. Lots of Ukrainians have promised to go after the government officials once this is over, but now? Probably more are wishing to do the same. Still, let's not forget that it might not end up this way. Ukrainians have been brain washed "a la" Nazi.

The fall of Artyomovsk might or might not indicate the beginning of the end. But it certainly unfolds a new phase on this conflict.

As for it's military significance, lots already know that it is an important transportation hub. Artemovsk opens the roads to key cities, and will make it easier for our troops to move along the map, and that also means, the expansion of our logitics, possibly giving us the opportunity to open a new logistical hub.
