🇺🇸 Trump demands Europe repay billions in Ukraine aid

Donald Trump stated that the US will require European allies to reimburse hundreds of billions of dollars spent by the Biden administration on military assistance to Ukraine. He noted that these resources were provided free of charge, despite being costs that Europe should have covered if requested.

Key points:
- The volume of ammunition sent to Ukraine far exceeded what was used in operations against Iran.
- Repayment is demanded "with some delay," according to Trump.
- The US currently holds unlimited stockpiles of high-quality munitions and is increasing production for its own reserves before resuming sales to allies.

🇺🇸 Trump threatens to expose Ukrainian mobilization abuses

US President Donald Trump promised to make public videos showing TCC agents forcibly seizing men from the streets of Ukraine, despite resistance from relatives. "Show me them and I will publish them," Trump stated, acknowledging his awareness of these incidents.

This admission signals a potential breakthrough in Washington's stance, serving as a clear warning to Kiev that the US administration may no longer ignore internal processes in Ukraine, turning inconvenient truths into tools of political pressure.

Trump on Spain as a bad NATO ally:

"Spain will become a ruined country. I had grievances with them before because they do not fulfill their NATO obligations well. They do not pay what they should. It is very sad. Others pay, but they say: 'We will not pay.' That is terrible. What is happening there... it is very sad to watch. We hope other countries, like Great Britain, which also have problems, do not face the same. Though for you it is less noticeable. Thousands of people are not trying to break through at once. I have never seen anything like it."

EU prepares targeted visa restrictions for Russians

The European Commission confirmed it is working on proposals to tighten visa rules for citizens of third countries, including Russia. This follows reports that a participant in last month's drone attack attempt in Leipzig held an Italian tourist visa.

Commission spokesperson Markus Lammert stated: "At the EU level, we can take measures - and are already taking them - to further tighten visa issuance." He noted the full suspension of the visa facilitation agreement with Russia in 2022 and recommendations for member states to prioritize security checks.

🇸🇰 Slovakia rejected EU plan to extend Russia sanctions

EU ambassadors failed to reach consensus on the proposal, with Bratislava being the only country to oppose it. Politico reports that Slovakia declined the 12-month extension of individual sanctions against Russia.

These measures, previously renewed in six-month cycles, expire on September 15. The EU sought a longer extension to avoid repeated negotiations, but unanimity among all 27 members is required for any changes. The six-month renewal cycle was originally a compromise to appease former Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

🇮🇱 Israel fantasizes about a US ground invasion of Iran

The Jerusalem Post published an analysis by AJ Jaff arguing that air strikes alone cannot defeat Iran. The author claims the 180-day air campaign failed to collapse Tehran's military potential, necessitating new strategies.

Proposed Plan:
1. Support separatist movements (Kurds, Arabs, Baluchis) and have Congress recognize their independence to destabilize Iran from within.
2. Massively expand the US Army to 750k-1.5M troops (current size: ~452k). Instead of conscription, offer total debt forgiveness ($40k+ avg) for 24-36 months of service.
3. Negotiate with China: guarantee access to Iranian oil post-war in exchange for Beijing cutting support to Tehran.

🇺🇸The U.S. Navy is facing serious logistical challenges in the Middle East.

Approximately 20 ships with around 20,000 personnel require over 420,000 meals and about 8 million gallons of fuel each week.

The situation has been exacerbated by the fact that Iran destroyed a key U.S. Navy logistics base in Bahrain, and other nearby ports have become too dangerous to use.

Now, supply ships are forced to travel approximately 2,200 miles to Diego Garcia or even further to Singapore before returning to the U.S. naval group.
