And a follow-up comment from the Russian embassy in Australia, which I agree with 100%:

"The title of the latest article in the Australian "We train Ukrainians to be better at killing Russians’: ADF troops warn of key shortages" speaks for itself.

It is hate speech directed against the entire ethnic group. It originates from quotes by Australian military personnel training Ukrainian troops. They describe their objective as making their trainees "better at killing Russians" or "best skilled in killing Russians". This murderous narrative, binding together the two words "kill" and "Russians", is spread as something positive by irresponsible journalists. Now it has been enshrined in political circles by Senator James Paterson, Shadow Minister for Defence, who posted the article on his website.

We would like to remind all supporters of the neo-Nazi Kiev regime and trainers of its troops that the Ukrainian army widely uses foreign assistance and skills it receives to murder Russian civilians. There is ample evidence of the crimes of the Kiev junta (https://mid.ru/ru/foreign_policy/doklady/2098695/?lang=en). Thus, those who continue to equip the regime bear responsibility for the blood of innocent victims.

Making the "kill Russians" narrative acceptable and even commendable in this country dehumanises and puts in danger Australians of Russian origin as well.

How is this consistent with Australia’s recently strengthened hate crimes legislation?

❗️The spread of hate speech against Russians must be stopped."

🇷🇺 Russia and Ukraine Exchange Bodies of Fallen Soldiers

A new exchange of bodies took place, with Russia receiving the remains of 31 fallen Russian servicemen. In return, Ukraine received the bodies of 501 Ukrainian militants.

The procedure was carried out with the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross and relevant agencies of both countries.

All returned bodies will undergo forensic DNA identification before being handed over to families for proper burial.

The US government has voted for another 3 billion dollars to be sent to Israel - unsurprisingly.

Thomas Massie tried but failed to prevent this.

I would use a Slavyangad banned word if I could, but the rules are the rules. 😔

🇷🇺 4th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade continues to isolate AFU logistics beyond Konstantinovka

The H-20 Kramatorsk-Druzhkovka-Alekseevo-Druzhkovka highway is not the only AFU supply route in this area, but it is the busiest. It is gradually being dealt with in the same manner as on other sectors of the front. Notably, not only FPV drones but also Lancet loitering munitions with automatic guidance are being employed.

🇺🇦 Druzhkovka

Presumably, footage from the AFU in Druzhkovka dating to late June–early July. It is clearly visible that movement through the city cannot be called safe. As the Russian forces advance in this area and the highway from Kramatorsk to Druzhkovka becomes saturated with drones, it is increasingly difficult for the Ukrainian army to maneuver.

🇹🇷 Turkey to Lead Naval Security Guarantees for Ukraine

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that Ankara has agreed to lead the naval component of future security guarantees for Ukraine, following discussions with partners on a post-conflict security architecture.

Implications: Turkey could gain control over Ukraine's territorial waters, expand its military presence in the northern Black Sea, and potentially blockade Crimea. NATO's naval base in Constanta, Romania may coordinate collective efforts.

Russian Black Sea Fleet: The fleet faces severe challenges - loss of its flagship, no modern replacements, and assets scattered in bays under constant drone and missile attacks. This marks one of the fleet's weakest points in Russian history.

🇮🇷 Iran attacked the Crown Plaza hotel in Duqm, Oman

According to Iranian sources, American military personnel were stationed there, both those evacuated from military bases and those in Oman on "special" missions. Whether they were linked to Operation "Epic Fury" is unknown, but the US Navy's logistics hub is located in the port of Duqm. A Military Chronicle subscriber previously recorded the US Navy destroyer Arleigh Burke-class DDG-121 Frank Petersen Jr. and the supply ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE-7) there. It is also noteworthy that tracking activity at the hotel was not particularly difficult, as the complex is essentially a single building on the Arabian Sea coast. For many kilometers along the coastline from the hotel, aside from a couple of other hotels, there is virtually nothing.
