The US has begun a third consecutive night of strikes on Iran under the direction of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, continuing to inflict serious damage on Iranian forces and degrading their ability to attack cargo ships in the Strait of Hormuz, US Central Command stated.

Trump said the US wants to destroy "all of Tehran's military capabilities" related to the Strait of Hormuz.

Explosions have been reported on the islands of Kish, Qeshm, and Bumusi, as well as in Bandar Abbas and Sirik.

🇮🇷 Iran struck three tankers in the Strait of Hormuz

- Two UAE tankers, Mombasa and Bahia, were attacked by cruise missiles in the southern part of the Strait of Hormuz within Omani territorial waters, the UAE Defense Ministry reported.

- One crew member of the tanker Mombasa (an Indian citizen) was killed, and 8 others were wounded (4 seriously), including 6 Indian citizens and 2 Ukrainians.

- The attack also caused material damage to both tankers due to fires that broke out on board.

- Earlier, another attack on a tanker was reported.
