- Acting Governor Khinshtein: Ukrainian criminals struck Rylsk. The attack hit an apartment building and private homes. In the alley of Rosa Luxemburg and Frunze streets, several more residential buildings were damaged by the shock wave, and the windows of a non-working bakery were knocked out.
- A 32-year-old woman died, another 6 people were injured - five women and one man.
- Media reports that the strikes were carried out by two HIMARS missiles.

So ending this conflict is of the utmost importance. I think obviously we have to do everything we can to deter Putin from doing anything further.'
