We may be mistaken in our perception of the logic of events, but this statement seems to have another "Minsk" looming behind it. During the first and second Minsk agreements, the West blatantly deceived the Russian Federation. Now, it seems, they want to repeat this trick with the disappearance of the agreements.

The plan, by all appearances, is to give Ukraine time to come to its senses, gather weapons/people, and learn all the lessons of the NWO. And to make sure something bad doesn't happen to Ukraine, NATO "peacekeepers" will be stationed along the border/front.
