CHEMICAL REQUIRED & QUALITY

Chemicals Quality

1. Natrosol 1/8kg
2. Caustic soda 1/2kg
3. Sulphonic 700ml
4. Texapon 1/4kg
5. SLS 1/ 8kg
6. Soda Ash 1/8kg
7. Cooking salt 500g
8. Perfume 60ml ( use lemon for this production)
9. Color 1 wrap ( green)
10. Preservatives ( optional) 40ml
11. Glycerin ( optional) 50ml
12. Vitamin E ( optional)

*PRODUCTION PROCESS OF LIQUID SOAP*

The formula l am about to teach you is unique, so pay close attention and follow all steps carefully to produce high quality and thick liquid soap that foams and clean very well

For excellent result, it best to produce this soap at night and leave it overnight

You will be wowed with the results in the morning

Even if you can't produce at Night, once your finish mixing your chemicals, leave your soap to settle for at 6 hours for best results

If you're not in a hurry to use/ sell the soap, leave for up to 24hrs to settle well.

Knowledge not put to practice is wasted!!!

Use the formula below to produce 25ltrs of quality liquid soap: make sure you follow each step carefully and it to practice


STEP 1: Soak caustic soda 1/2kg into 1ltr of water an hour before the production


STEP 2: soak 1/8kg soda Ash and 500g salt together in 3ltrs of water an hour before production. Soak at the same time you soak your caustic soda

STEP 3 : soak SLS 1/8kg into 2ltrs of water an hour before production

STEP 4: Turn 700ml sulphonic in a bowl and sdd Texapon then mix together and step aside. Noted you don't add water to this because the are in liquid form


AFTER ONE HOUR


STEP 5: Dissolve natrosol 1/8kg into 18 ltrs of water and stir very well for 15mins . Add your natrosol gradually into the water and stir as you do. Once you add natrosol in water, keep stirring it, don't leave your natrosol to do other things else it will form lumps. ( Be very mindful of this and take note or you end up with lump in your soap)

STEP 6: Add your already dissolved caustic soda into natrosol solution and stir very for 15mins

STEP 7: Add your already mixed sulphonic and texapon solution the into the solution and stir very well for 15mins

STEP 8: Add your already dissolved SLS into the solution and stir very for 15mins to blend well

STEP 9: Add your already dissolved soda Ash and salt into the solution stir very well for 15mins.

At this point it will become very thick so you have to stir very well to avoid lumps

Once you do that, leave your soap to clear and settle for at least l hour before you proceed. It will have plenty foam at this time.

STEP 10: After 1 hour when your soap settle, dissolve your color of choice into small quantity of water like 500ml and add to your soap solution. Stir very well to blend.

Try and watch it so you don't add too much color, be mindful of this.

At this point, you have over 24ltrs of soap

At this point, you have over 24ltrs of soap . You can add like 1 ltr of water and stir very to blend if you want your soap to be a little lighter. Be careful not to add too much water no matter how thick your soap seems at this point or you end up with a watery soap.

If you must add, wait until after 6 hours before you do that.

STEP 11: Add your glycerin and stir very well to blend

STEP 12: lastly, time to add your perfume to your production. Fetch 1 liter of your soap and add lemon perfume your to it . Still well before you add to your soap and stir everything for 15min to blend

Cover your soap and leave for at least 6hours if you are in a hurry or 24hours to settle very well before you turn it into your packaging containers. After 6 to 24 hours if your soap it still very thick, add your remaining 500ml of water into your soap but if it okay, leave it like that .

Depending on your choice of perfume if you decide to use lemon perfume, kindly scoop out little quality and follow the process in step 12 above, lemon perfume is known to make soap watery when you add direct into your production. You can decide to do same with other perfumes too.

Follow the simple step outlined above carefully and pay attention to your measurements l promise you will produce a quality and thick soap.

Even if you have never produce liquid soap before, you will surely end up with a very good quality liquid soap that will foam and clean excellently.

NOTE: The idea of adding salt to soap is strange to some person. it may be to you too. Salt has been add to soap for a long time, it also add to bar soap to help it cure faster and harden

In liquid soap, salt serves as a thickener, preservatives and even help to clean, remember how we use salt to wash fruit before eating, some person add salt to water when washing okrika clothes to prevent them from leaking color


Now, you can decide to produce your liquid soap above without using cooking salt, use the exact formula and quality
