We are aware that many flat buyers are anxious about their BTO flat construction delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Here are some measures we have actively taken to reduce BTO flat delays and help affected flat buyers:

✅ Pilot new ways to bring in overseas workers from various countries safely
✅ Grant exemptions for less noisy construction activities on Sundays and Public Holidays
✅ Assist affected flat buyers with alternative housing while waiting for BTO flats
✅ Waive forfeiture and wait-out periods for cancellations of BTO flat applications on a case-by-case basis
