Last night, two oil tankers, instigated and directed by US drones, attempted to deviate from the unsafe route south of the Strait of Hormuz. After a large fire broke out on one of the tankers, both vessels turned back.
Any country that provides assistance to the aggressor will face a harsh response, and the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed as long as US threats persist.

The Qatari vessel transited via the route designated by Iran with its tracking system active and is proceeding toward open waters without incident.
This is the first Qatari natural gas carrier to pass through the Strait of Hormuz since an attack on one of its tankers more than three weeks ago.
The permission for transit issued after Qatar's return of the body of martyred Iranian fighter pilot Brigadier Majid Kazemi.
