๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธThe New York Times:

"According to internal estimates by the Department of Defense and congressional officials, the Pentagon used more than 1,200 Patriot interceptor missiles in combat by late April, each costing over $4 million, leading to a worrying depletion of stockpiles.
Military officials reported this week that the situation has since worsened."

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡งAccording to the Financial Times, the prominent marine insurer Lloydโ€™s of London has informed its brokers that it will stop providing war-risk insurance for Saudi-linked cargoes following Ansarallah strikes on two Saudi oil tankers.
Some other insurance companies are considering cancelling existing insurance contracts. These restrictions apply to any vessel with a "link to Saudi Arabia," including foreign ships that have previously called at Saudi ports.

The Simurgh: An Eye on the Enemy
The Iranian government, and the Supreme National Security Council headed by President Pezeshkian, have so far prevented Iran's Strategic Missile Command from targeting and sinking the US warships in the Arabian Sea, otherwise the US blockade would have been over by now.
"Beware of treachery, for every act of treachery is a sin, and every sinner will have a banner by which he will be recognized on the Day of Resurrection."

An oil tanker in violation of regulations in the Strait of Hormuz, having deviated from the route designated by Iran, exploded an hour ago after striking a naval mine.
The Islamic Republic of Iran had previously warned repeatedly that vessels deviating from the route announced by Iran would bear the consequences themselves.

A MH-60R Sea Hawk delivers supplies to guided-missile destroyer USS Mason (DDG 87) in the Arabian Sea. @SimurghRes
MH-60R Sea Hawk - This is a multi-mission naval helicopter used by the U.S. Navy. While it's primarily known for anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare, it also performs vertical replenishment (VERTREP) missions, delivering cargo, mail, and supplies between ships at sea without requiring them to dock.

USS Mason (DDG 87) - This is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, one of the workhorses of the U.S. Navy. It's equipped with the Aegis combat system and capable of air defense, anti-submarine warfare, and land-attack missions. USS Mason has been notably deployed in the Red Sea and Arabian Sea region, where it has been involved in intercepting Ansar Allah (Houthi) missiles and drones targeting shipping lanes.

Interesting stats brought from ABC Australia.

Especially for the interceptors.

Remember this war was never a sprint (NATO approach).
It is a death march.

The american empire will follow the rest of previous empires who died in the region.

Welcome to the graveyard of superpowers

Trump 'Discovered Limits of His Power'

After 5 months, none of his goals for Iran were accomplished.

This caused Trump to have a mental breakdown writes the NYT, making him even more erratic than usual, signing a nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia only to rescind it 24 hours later because Benjamin Netanyahu didn't like it, further cementing the idea that Trump's promises and deals are worthless without Netanyahu/Israeli approval.

Russia and China are rethinking their goals for Europe and Taiwan because the West has few interceptors left.

Netanyahu has led the Trump Admin into a war of humiliation.

And now worms are munching on his carcass and Iran is standing proud over his rancid grave.

Pezeshkianโ€™s administration comes to the US militaryโ€™s aid:

"According to a report by Axios on Saturday, July 25, 2026, Trump ordered the US military to halt airstrikes against Iran. This decision was made hours after an Omani delegation arrived in Tehran to negotiate regarding the Strait of Hormuz. However, Trump warned that if "100 percent of the demands" were not met, a return to "all-out war" remained a possibility. The US military remains on full alert, and plans to resume attacks on a larger scale are on the table.
This comes as US military-analytical sources report that the US military's interceptor missile stockpiles have reached a critical level; consequently, the military is forced to engage only those missiles targeting US troop locations, while allowing Iranian missiles aimed at other targets to pass through.
It is precisely during this critical juncture for the US military that the Pezeshkian administration has re-entered negotiations, effectively granting the US the breathing room it needs!"
