O noble people of Kuwait; parts of your Islamic land have for years been under the occupation of the infidel American military, and some of these areas are being used as bases to kill Muslims in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Palestine.

140 days ago, the American army, the killer of children, launched a war against us from these very bases. It began with the killing of 168 schoolchildren at the Minab School, and the martyrdom of the most prominent religious scholar of our time, the martyred Imam Khamenei.

The land of Kuwait should not be a safe haven for the terrorist army that, over recent decades, has attacked no fewer than ten Islamic countries and killed millions of Muslims. According to the fatwas of scholars from all Islamic sects and schools, this army is an aggressor on Muslim lands and its blood is forfeit. It is the duty of every Muslim to eliminate it by all possible means and to purify Muslim lands of its presence. We expect you to rise to this religious duty and restore dignity to Islamic lands.

In the twenty-second wave of Operation "Nasr 2," under the sacred code "O Ruqayyah (peace be upon her)," and in response to repeated American attacks on Iranian territory, our brave combat forces, in a drone strike, completely destroyed the American enemy’s early warning radar system. In another attack, they targeted a warehouse for equipment and aircraft parts and a hangar for American MQ-9 drones at Ali Al Salem base, setting fire to several drones.

We expect you, noble and honorable people of Kuwait, to fulfill your divine duty and not allow the land of Kuwait to be a launchpad for evil, aggression, and the killing of Muslims.
