First: That no innocent person is wronged, because that in itself would be a cause for deprivation of divine blessings and care.

Second: That it does not lead to harm to unity and social cohesion; for criticism, when these two matters are observed, will be a cause for the flourishing and development of affairs.

- The enemy should not sense any sign of weakness from us, including this type of weakness; if we fully adhere to these guidelines, the enemy will have no choice but to retreat and be defeated.
