1- A permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.

2- The United States commits to non-interference in Iran’s internal affairs and to respecting the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

3- The complete lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days.

4- The US commits to withdrawing its forces from the vicinity of Iran.

5- The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days according to Iranian arrangements.

6- Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products, and their derivatives, and granting Iran full access to its financial revenues.

7- The US and its allies commit to presenting plans for the reconstruction of Iran worth no less than $300 billion.

8- Sixty days of negotiations to reach a final agreement on the nuclear file and the complete lifting of US and UN sanctions, as well as Security Council and IAEA Board of Governors resolutions.

9- Iran reaffirms its commitment to the Non-Proliferation Treaty by not producing nuclear weapons.

10- During the negotiation period, the US pledges not to increase its forces in the region and not to impose new sanctions.

11- The release of $24 billion of Iran’s frozen funds during the negotiation period, with half made available before the start of negotiations.

12- The establishment of a monitoring mechanism to implement the agreement.

13- Ratification of the final agreement through a UN Security Council resolution.

14- Final negotiations will not begin before the implementation of certain articles related to frozen funds and lifting the blockade. Final negotiations will be limited to the issue of nuclear material enrichment and lifting sanctions, with the missile program and support for “resistance fronts” permanently excluded from negotiations.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, under the leadership of its martyred leader, thanks to its superiority over the American-Zionist enemy, in accordance with the directives of the Supreme Leader of the system (may God protect him), with the support of the people and the efforts of the mujahid fighters of Islam, and after a period of difficult and intensive negotiations that lasted several months, and based on the decision of the Supreme National Security Council, has completed the text of the memorandum of understanding regarding the negotiations to end the war (Islamabad negotiations) between Iran and the United States on the evening of 24 Khordad (June 14).

According to the agreements reached, the war and military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon, will be ended immediately and permanently starting tonight, and the naval blockade imposed on Iran will also be lifted immediately and completely.

The official signing of the memorandum of understanding will take place on Friday, 29 Khordad (June 19).

As for the negotiations on the final agreement, they will be postponed until after the other party fulfills its commitments according to the memorandum of understanding. The Islamic Republic of Iran expresses its appreciation for the efforts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the State of Qatar.

Trump is granting the Iranians almost everything they asked for. Israel remains facing the harsh Iranian regime, the threat of ballistic missiles, and—at least for now—the nuclear threat as well. As for the enriched uranium, according to several reports, it remains a point of contention and its removal from Iran has not been decided at this stage.

It seems that Trump has done what Netanyahu was accused of doing for years with Hamas: buying calm instead of solving the problem at its root.

And this, according to this assessment, could have a heavy cost later on.

In Iran, Lebanon, and also in Gaza.

The most alarming message from what appears to be the end of the American war on Iran is not about ballistic missiles, proxies, or even the nuclear file.

Rather, it concerns the immense weakness displayed by the free world, through a confused America, unable to end a war against an extremist ideological opponent—weak and defeated—who openly declares his aspiration to destroy it, even though the war was almost without any significant losses.

This message now echoes from Beijing to Moscow, and from Pyongyang to Tehran.

An agreement has been reached with Iran despite Netanyahu's objections.

Military strikes will resume if a nuclear deal is not reached.

Iran will remain forever restricted to enrichment at low levels that can never be used for military purposes under any circumstances.

The Trump agreement does not obligate us in any way.

We oppose withdrawing from southern Lebanon despite the enormous pressure being exerted on us.

We will remain in the security zones in Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza without a time limit.

The areas we are present in within Syria, Lebanon, and Gaza will remain devoid of inhabitants.

If Iran attacks Israel because of the events in Lebanon, we will strike back with all our might.

We have not yet been asked to withdraw from southern Lebanon.
