I learned about the position of the Assembly of Experts through the screen of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We thwarted attempts to divide the country.

The remembrance of God Almighty, reliance upon Him, and seeking intercession through the lights of the Infallibles (peace be upon them) should be viewed as the greatest elixir that guarantees various conquests and inevitable victory over the enemy—a great advantage that you possess and your enemies lack.

Dear fighting brothers! The desire of the popular masses is the continuation of effective and painful defense against the enemy.

The card of closing the Strait of Hormuz should also certainly continue to be used.

Studies have been conducted regarding opening other fronts where the enemy has little experience and will be highly vulnerable, and they will be activated in the event of the continuation of the state of war and in accordance with interests.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Peace be upon you, O caller to God and the divine educator of His signs; peace be upon you, O gate to God and the upholder of His religion; peace be upon you, O caliph of God and supporter of His truth; peace be upon you, O proof of God and guide to His will. Peace be upon you, O the awaited leader; peace be upon you with all-encompassing peace; peace be upon you, my master, the Master of the Age.

At the beginning of my speech, I must extend to my master, the Master of the Age (may God Almighty hasten his reappearance), my deepest condolences on the occasion of the martyrdom of the great, beloved, and wise leader of the revolution, Khamenei. I ask his presence to pray for the goodness of every individual of the great Iranian people, indeed for all Muslims in the world, for all servants of Islam and the revolution, for the self-sacrificing, for the families of the martyrs of the Islamic uprising—especially in the recent war—and also for this humble servant.

The second part of my speech is addressed to the great Iranian people. First, I should briefly clarify my position regarding the decision of the honorable Assembly of Experts. I, your servant, Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, learned of the result of the Assembly of Experts' vote at the same time as you, through the television of the Islamic Republic. Sitting in the place where the two great leaders of this nation sat—the great Imam Khomeini and the martyr Khamenei—is a difficult matter for me. This platform witnessed the sitting of a man who, after more than sixty years of struggle in the way of God and forsaking all kinds of pleasures and comfort, became a shining jewel and a distinguished figure, not only in our era but in the history of the rulers of this country. His life, as well as the nature of his death, were blended with greatness and glory arising from reliance on the Truth.

God granted me the success to visit his body after his martyrdom; what I saw was a mountain of steadfastness, and I heard that his sound hand was clenched in a firm fist. As for the various aspects of his personality, people of knowledge must speak of them at length. At this point, I suffice with this brief amount and leave the detail for other occasions. Hence comes the difficulty of assuming the position of leadership after such a man; filling this gap can only be achieved by seeking help from God Almighty and through the support of the people.

It is necessary here to emphasize a point directly related to the core of my talk, which is that one of the skills of the martyred leader and his great predecessor was bringing the people into all fields, their constant awareness and insight, and practical reliance on their power. In this sense, they embodied the reality of "the masses" and the "Republic," and they believed in it from the depths of their hearts. The effect of this appeared clearly during these few days in which the country remained without a leader and without a Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces; for the insight of the great Iranian people, their awareness in the recent incident, their steadfastness, courage, and presence astonished the enemy and aroused the admiration of friends. You, the people, are the ones who led the country and guaranteed its strength.

The verse with which I began this speech means that no sign among the signs of God is removed or forgotten except that God brings better than it or its like. The purpose of quoting this verse is not to suggest that this servant is at the level of the martyred leader, let alone to assume being better than him; rather, the intent is to draw attention to the great role you play, O dear people.

If that great blessing was lost, this system has once again been granted the presence of the Iranian people with an "Ammari" spirit. Know that if your power does not appear in the arena, neither the leadership nor the other institutions of the state—whose true purpose is to serve the people—will have the required effectiveness.

To better realize this meaning, the following should be considered:

➡️First: The remembrance of God Almighty, reliance upon Him, and seeking intercession through the lights of the Infallibles (peace be upon them) should be viewed as the greatest elixir that guarantees various conquests and inevitable victory over the enemy—a great advantage that you possess and your enemies lack.

➡️Second: Maintaining the unity of the people and their various segments—a unity that usually appears more clearly in times of hardship—by moving past points of disagreement.

➡️Third: Maintaining an effective presence in the arena, whether as you have shown during these days and nights of war, or through active roles in social, political, educational, cultural, and even security fields. The important thing is for everyone to understand their correct role without harming social unity. From here, I remind you of the importance of attending the Quds Day ceremonies for the year 1447 AH, where the element of breaking the enemy's pride must be present.

➡️Fourth: Do not slacken in helping one another. This is one of the well-known traits of Iranians, and it is expected to manifest more greatly in these difficult days that some members of the people may experience. I ask the service agencies to provide all possible aid to affected individuals and to popular relief organizations.

If these matters are observed, the path will be paved for you to reach days of grandeur and glory, and the closest example of that—God willing—is victory over the enemy in the ongoing war.

The third part of my speech is a sincere thank you to our brave fighters who, in circumstances where our dear homeland was subjected to an unjust attack by the leaders of the arrogance front, blocked the way for the enemy with their powerful strikes and stripped him of the illusion of controlling this homeland or even partitioning it.

O mujahideen brothers! The will of the popular masses is the continuation of effective and deterrent defense. Likewise, the card of closing the Strait of Hormuz must continue to be used. Studies have been conducted regarding opening other fronts where the enemy lacks experience and will be extremely weak, and this will be activated if the state of war continues and as interest dictates.
I also extend sincere thanks to the mujahideen of the Resistance Front. We consider the countries of the Resistance Front our best friends, and the cause of resistance is an integral part of the values of the Islamic Revolution. There is no doubt that the cooperation of this front's components together shortens the path to salvation from the Zionist sedition. We have seen how brave, faithful Yemen did not abandon the defense of the oppressed people of Gaza, and how the self-sacrificing Hezbollah supported the Islamic Republic despite all obstacles, and likewise, the resistance of Iraq marched bravely on this path.

In the fourth part, I address those who were harmed in these days; whether those who lost loved ones through martyrdom, or were wounded, or whose homes and places of business were damaged. First, I express my deep sympathy to the families of the honorable martyrs. This stems from a shared experience I have with them; for alongside my father, whose loss became a public affliction, I have bid farewell to my faithful, dear wife, my sacrificing sister who exhausted herself in the service of her parents and attained her reward, her young child, and my other brother-in-law, the noble scholar—to the caravan of martyrs.

But what makes patience in the face of calamities possible, and even easy, is trust in God's definitive promise of a great reward for the patient. Therefore, one must be patient and rely on the kindness of God Almighty.

Second, I assure everyone that we will not overlook avenging the blood of your martyrs. This revenge is not limited to the martyrdom of the leader of the revolution alone; rather, every individual of our people martyred at the hands of the enemy constitutes an independent case in the retribution file. A limited part of this revenge has been achieved so far, but it will remain open until it is fully realized, especially regarding the blood of our children. Therefore, the crime committed deliberately by the enemy at the "Shajarat Tayyiba" school in Minab and elsewhere holds a special status in this follow-up.

Third, the wounded of these attacks must receive appropriate treatment free of charge and benefit from certain other privileges.

Fourth, sufficient measures should be taken—as much as possible in the current circumstances—to compensate for the financial damages inflicted on private property. These two matters are a mandatory duty for officials, and they must submit a report on this to me.

I emphasize that we will demand compensation from the enemy; if he refuses, we will take from his funds as much as we deem appropriate, and if that is not feasible, we will destroy his property by the same amount.

As for the fifth part, it is addressed to the leaders of some countries in the region. We share land or sea borders with fifteen countries, and we have always desired warm and constructive relations with everyone. However, the enemy established military and financial bases in some of these countries years ago to ensure his hegemony over the region.

In the recent attack, some of these bases were used; therefore—as we warned previously—we targeted those bases only without aggressing against those countries. We will be forced to continue this matter if the use of those bases continues, while always emphasizing our desire for friendly relations with our neighbors. We advise these countries to close those bases quickly, as it has become clear to them that the United States' claim of achieving security and peace was nothing but a lie.

Finally, I hope that special divine care during these blessed days encompasses the Iranian people and all Muslims and the oppressed in the world.

In conclusion, I ask our Master, the Master of the Age (may God Almighty hasten his reappearance), to pray for our people during the remaining nights and days of Destiny (Qadr) in this blessed month for decisive victory over the enemy, and for glory, abundance, and well-being, and that our martyrs attain high ranks in the hereafter.

O Leader! Your departure has left a deep wound in the hearts of everyone. You were always looking forward to this conclusion, until God Almighty finally granted it to you while you were reciting the Holy Quran on the morning of the tenth day of the blessed month of Ramadan.

You endured many injustices with glory, capability, and great forbearance without showing any distress. Many did not know your true worth, and perhaps many years will pass before the various veils and obstacles are removed and some aspects of that reality are revealed.

I learned of the decision of my appointment by the Assembly of Experts through Iranian television.

We believe in friendship with neighboring countries, but we are forced to continue targeting the American bases within them from which we were attacked.

I thank the brave fighters in the country, and movement must be made in all of the enemies' vulnerable fields.

We will not waive the revenge for the blood of the martyrs, especially the crime of the Minab school.

All American bases in the region must be closed immediately, and we will attack them.

Execution of Wave 42 of the "True Promise 4" operations; this wave was carried out under the slogan "At your service, O Khamenei," in commemoration of the martyrs of the Ramadan war, and dedicated to the Master of Martyrs, the martyred leader of the revolution and his noble family.

The operation was executed by launching heavy missiles of the Emad, Ghadr, Kheibar Shekan, and Fattah types, in addition to suicide drones, targeting the heart of Tel Aviv and the bases of the US military, which were described as terrorist.
