Based on conversations with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, of Pakistan, and wherein they requested that I hold off the destructive force being sent tonight to Iran, and subject to the Islamic Republic of Iran agreeing to the COMPLETE, IMMEDIATE, and SAFE OPENING of the Strait of Hormuz, I agree to suspend the bombing and attack of Iran for a period of two weeks.

This will be a double sided CEASEFIRE!

The reason for doing so is that we have already met and exceeded all Military objectives, and are very far along with a definitive Agreement concerning Longterm PEACE with Iran, and PEACE in the Middle East.

We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate. Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran, but a two week period will allow the Agreement to be finalized and consummated.

On behalf of the United States of America, as President, and also representing the Countries of the Middle East, it is an Honor to have this Longterm problem close to resolution.

Based on the directives of the
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei (may God protect him), and the approval of the Supreme National Security Council, and given Iran's superiority and resistance on the battlefield, the enemy's inability to carry out its threats despite all its claims, and the official acceptance of all the legitimate demands of the Iranian people, it has been decided to hold negotiations in Islamabad to finalize the details.

Thus, within a maximum of 15 days, and following the finalization of the details of Iran's victory on the battlefield, political negotiations can be entered.

1- Establishing a safe passage protocol in the Strait of Hormuz that ensures Iranian control according to the agreed-upon protocol.

2- Payment of full reparations to Iran according to estimates.

3- Lifting all primary and secondary sanctions as well as resolutions of the Board of Governors and the Security Council.

4- Releasing all of Iran's frozen funds and assets abroad.

5- And finally, adopting all these terms in a binding Security Council resolution.

It is worth noting that the adoption of this resolution will transform all these agreements into binding international law and constitute a significant diplomatic victory for the people of Iran.

The agreement stipulates the necessity of ending the war against all elements of the resistance axis.
