The 74th wave of Operation "True Promise 4" was carried out under the slogan "O Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him," targeting US bases in the region and in central and southern occupied territories, within the framework of pre-designed war scenarios, employing new tactics and advanced systems.

The US King Sultan Air Base, the US Fifth Fleet, and the headquarters of the terrorist group Komala were attacked with Emad, Fateh, and Qiam missiles, as well as attack drones.

Military bases and security centers in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Holon, and Ramat Gan were attacked with Khaybarshkan, Qadereh, and Khorramshahr-4 missiles.

The 75th wave of Operation "True Promise 4" was launched under the invocation "O Fatima al-Zahra, peace be upon her," targeting Zionist and American objectives.

Prince Sultan Air Base in Al-Kharj, a key site for US air operations against Iran, was targeted with ballistic missiles.

We warn the Zionist and American terrorist military that they are under the complete surveillance of our armed forces' operational intelligence units, and that hiding in residential areas will not save them.

The strategic confusion of the US Central Command (CENTCOM), the collapse of the US-Zionist defense network in West Asia, and the disruption of US arms support, resulting from our armed forces' actions and strikes, have shifted the balance of power in Iran's favor.

The President of the United States—the liar, terrorist, and killer of children—claimed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps intends to target water desalination plants in the region and cause suffering to its peoples.

First: This aggressive and anti-people U.S. military is the one that started the war by killing children, causing the deaths of 180 children in primary schools, and has so far targeted five water facilities, including a desalination plant on Qeshm Island. The Revolutionary Guard has not engaged in such actions to date.

Second: This terrorist and child-killing U.S. President is the one who threatened to target power plants in Iran.

Naturally, targeting electricity leads to the disruption of many humanitarian services, such as hospitals, relief centers, water networks, and desalination plants, which is an inhumane act.

What we have done is announce our decision: in the event that power plants are targeted, Iran will respond by targeting the power plants of the occupying entity, as well as power plants in regional countries that provide electricity to U.S. bases, in addition to the economic and industrial infrastructure and the energy sector in which Americans hold stakes. There is no doubt we will do this.

You targeted our hospitals and we did not; you targeted relief centers and we did not; you targeted our schools and we did not; but if you target the electricity, we will target the electricity.

We are determined to respond to any threat at a level that achieves deterrence, and we will do so. The United States does not know our capabilities, and it will see them in the field.

And victory comes only from Allah, the Almighty, the Wise.

We deny what U.S. President Donald Trump said regarding negotiations taking place between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Islamic Republic of Iran adheres to its position rejecting any kind of negotiations before Iran's war objectives are achieved.

Trump's words are a retreat from his previous threats; however, the Islamic Republic of Iran still adheres to all of its declared positions.

Iran's position regarding the Strait of Hormuz has not changed, and the strait will remain closed to those who commit aggression against the Islamic Republic and its people.

Any American withdrawal at this stage of the war, given Iran's control over traffic in the Strait of Hormuz, would be considered a strategic surrender; furthermore, such a step would leave United States allies, particularly the Gulf states, as hostages in the hands of the Iranian regime.
