IAI is a pivotal entity in manufacturing military aircraft, drones, missiles, air defense systems, and space technologies for the Zionist entity; it also plays a primary role in military exports, making it a high-sensitivity target.

Additionally, the advanced operations center and the U.S. command and control system have been stationed for three decades at Prince Sultan Air Base, which hosts F-15, F-16, and F-35 fighters, along with transport aircraft, early warning (AWACS), and reconnaissance planes.

🔹️Operating in the L-band with a detection range exceeding 400 km, it is used in air defense and tactical command and control systems. It is known for its ability to operate in harsh weather conditions and its resistance to jamming.

🔹️The estimated cost of a single AN/FPS-117 radar unit and its mobile variant, the 77-ANTPS, ranges from over $25 million USD.
