Since the night hours, firefighters from the Haifa station have been working to extinguish a fire that broke out as a result of a rocket strike at a container storage terminal in the "Shemen Beach" area of Haifa.

The fire broke out in the middle of a cluster of containers and spread to at least 15 of them. Engineering crews are working on-site to clear the containers, enabling firefighters to gain direct access to the blaze's hotspots and continue extinguishing operations.

During the evacuation work, a piece of engineering equipment operating at the scene caught fire and was damaged.

The Resistance Front has, so far, carried out very effective operations and will also have surprises in store.
