The UK saw no conclusive evidence of an imminent Iranian missile attack on Europe or of Iran possessing a nuclear weapon. This is the first time it has become clear that Britain was closely involved in the talks and therefore had a valid reason to decide whether diplomatic options had been exhausted and whether a US attack was necessary – The Guardian.
