The dissemination of some inaccurate interpretations and quotations of the Supreme National Security Council Secretary's statements regarding air transport has led to questions and confusion. Therefore, we clarify the following:
1. Claims that Iran will resort to a military response in retaliation for the recent air restrictions are false.
2. Negotiations are underway between Iran and the relevant countries to lift some of the illegal air restrictions imposed, and these negotiations are being pursued continuously.
3. Several non-military options exist for a reciprocal response, and if necessary, these will be implemented at certain airports. We emphasize that we hope the situation will not reach this point.

It was a divine ordnance that he managed to survive two American-Israeli bombings, and by the grace of God, became our new Leader.โ

We, the ship owners, hereby offer our sincere and formal apology and clarification regarding the unauthorized passage of the vessel through the Strait of Hormuz.
We explicitly state that this violation did not occur at the direction of the ship owner, nor was it due to negligence on the part of the ship's captain. This incident occurred entirely as a result of direct and mandatory orders from the charterer. The charterer instructed the ship's captain to immediately transit the strait without completing the necessary declarations, approvals, and procedures required for passage according to PGSA regulations. The ship's captain was under significant commercial pressure and had no choice but to comply with the charterer's orders, which resulted in this procedural violation.
We fully acknowledge and respect the authority and jurisdiction of PGSA over the waters of the Strait of Hormuz and the regulations concerning the management and monitoring of maritime traffic in this waterway. Our consistent policy is that all vessels under our management fully comply with PGSA's navigation regulations, declaration and reporting procedures, and local maritime requirements.
We deeply regret any inconvenience and administrative problems caused to this authority by the incorrect orders of the charterer.
This letter further clarifies that we remain fully committed to complying with regulations, and under the current challenging circumstances, we request the support of the relevant authorities.
Finally, we urge PGSA to accept our sincere apology and remove the name/status of this vessel from the Non-Compliance List.
