What happened two years ago on this day remains lodged our collective memory, just as Karbala. The pain settles somewhere deeper than words, in these days that become part of who we are.
They sought to leave darkness where there had once been vision. But perhaps they did not understand what they were fighting. Because the Shia of Imam Ali are not defined by what the eyes can see.
And so, on a day when the world watched suffering unfold and still found ways to look away, those whose eyes were wounded became the ones who could see. They became the all-seeing ones. They see what the sighted world refused to see. They see through the smoke, through the silence, through the carefully constructed blindness of those who had every opportunity to look, and chose not to.
And Sayyid saw them, too. He carried their grief with him. He carried the wounded, the fallen, the mothers waiting beside hospital beds, the children. And when he ascended less than two weeks later, he carried that grief in his heart.
His spirit and their spirit are one.
To the wounded.
To the children.
To the mothers.
To every soul that survived that day.
Your eyes may have been targeted. But your vision was never taken. They had eyes. You have sight. To the All-Seeing Ones.

🇮🇷❌️🇺🇸 The Sepah (IRGC) Navy:
Last night, the offending tanker "Trend" -flying the flag of Togo- attempted an illegal passage through the Strait of Hormuz, instigated and misled by the child-killing US military.@SimurghRes
The vessel was struck and came to a halt following a fire.
The IRGC Navy once again warns that illegal passage through the Strait of Hormuz will result in nothing but the destruction of the offending vessel.

Over the past few hours, an oil tanker flying a flag of convenience, which was transiting the southern corridor of the Strait of Hormuz with its AIS system switched off and failing to respond to emergency frequency warnings, was intercepted by Iranian patrol vessels and escorted to the [Iranian] coast for inspection.
