Both Silver and gold have formed a falling wedge pattern, also known as a bull flag; which is painful for traders with prices routinely grinding lower, and a blessing for Stackers who get to dollar cost average into their favorite metal before the next major…
Gold has found strong support around $4,000 and is now looking to break to the upside from a 6 month long bull flag.
We still need to confirm this breakout with a couple trading sessions above the descending line, and then retake both the 50-day and 200-day moving averages to signal a resumption of the bull run.
Long-term nothing has changed, monetary debasement is accelerating, war is burning through limited resources, and metals are positioned to rip higher over the remainder of this decade and into the 2030's.
