Here's some charts from Steve St Angelo's latest video which give helpful insight into Silver's recent bull run, pullback, and potential new breakout in the near to midterm future.
The first chart shows that the average cost of production for newly mined Silver is $38/oz, which continues to rise fast due to the second chart;
The second chart shows the 10-year-long ongoing decline in Silver mine supply. Legacy mines (lower cost of production) are rapidly depleting, and new mines (higher cost of production) are taking their place, albeit still not enough to stop the declining production.
The third chart shows that lately Silver is trading in close tandem with both gold and bitcoin, which suggests that the market is treating the White metal like a financialized commodity and not acting on Silver's unique industrial demand and multi-year supply deficit.
The last chart shows some basic technical analysis on the Silver chart going back 50 years to the last two major price spikes, using them to estimate a retest in the mid 50's before moving higher again.
TL;DR We're in a 6-month-long slump, but still over $50, so this price correction slightly under $60 is probably going to be a good area of accumulation before prices move back up again somewhere later in 2026 and into 2027.

Bad news... Silver closed the week just under $60, and the 50-day is close to moving below the 200-day moving average, a bearish signal.
But, from a technical standpoint, we are forming a gigantic bull flag that should resolve sometime later this year.
So the good news, for those will excess fiat cash income and savings, the next several months should be a great place to dollar cost average into Silver, with minimal downside risk (cost of production is approaching $40/oz), and significant upside potential (breaking upward from this bull flag would target a new ATH in late 2026 or early 2027).
