 Qualification: 8th/10 Grade Complete with Motor Bike driving License
 Work Experience: 3-year experience required
 Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
 Salary: As per the scale of the Bank

1. Senior Human Capital Management Officer II
 Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.
 Work Experience: 5/6years’ General Work Experience of which 2 years as, Senior HCM Officer I or HR Officer I, Strategy Officer, Research Officer or equivalent strategy support position.
 Salary: As per the scale of the Bank
 Terms of employment: Permanent after probation period.
 Job Grade: XII
 Work place: Head Office
