📌 Important information and steps for collecting documents:
💳 Outstanding Debts. Diplomas, transcripts, and other official documents (such as your secondary education completion certificate or others) can only be collected if you have no outstanding debts. If you are aware of any debts, please settle them before initiating the release process.

✅ Verification Process. Your account must be verified before collection. This is confirmed once your Checklist is signed on the Intranet by the relevant departments.

📅 Making an Appointment
Once your Checklist is signed:
Send an email from your WIUT mailbox to undergraduateoffice@wiut.uz at least 1 day before your planned visit.
Email must contain your WIUT ID number to enable the responsible officers to prepare your package
Your appointment will be confirmed once you receive a response email from authorized persons

📍 Collection point: Academic Registrar’s Office (104 ATB)
🕒 Opening hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 – 16:00 (lunch break 13:00 – 14:00).
⚠️ Please do not make an appointment until your Checklist is signed off and ensure you do not have any outstanding debt.
⚠️ Original documents will ONLY be released in person to the student. If you are unable to collect them yourself, you may authorize another individual to do so on your behalf. Please contact the Academic Registrar’s Office for guidance on the authorization and collection procedure.

📝 Checking Your Documents. Upon collection, it is your responsibility to carefully check your documents (diplomas, certificates, transcripts).
Errors reported within 12 months of the award will be corrected free of charge.
After 12 months, per the University of Westminster’s policy, a replacement fee will apply.
