Guuys,
A quick but important reminder that today is the final submission deadline for your Professional Skills and Employability Coursework 2.
Please make sure you submit well before the last minute to avoid system delays or any unexpected technical issues. Your peace of mind is worth those extra few minutes.
A gentle note from the lecturers:
π Do NOT edit your live LinkedIn profiles after submitting the downloaded PDF version, wait until your CW2 results are officially released.
Wishing you a smooth submission and the best of luck, youβve got this!
With love,
Kamilla Asadova

Your QM final exam is done, your courseworks are submitted, so the hardest part of the semester is over.
And donβt stress about marks right now, just give yourself a break π«
Just a couple of calm reminders for the next steps:
Please make sure to pay the second part of the contract before 12 January.
You should use the same invoice you used for the first installment.
That will be your first study day of the second semester.
For now just rest, reset, and be proud of yourself
With love,
Kamilla Asadova

Dear CIFS students,
Flexible Timetable is coming, so letβs first understand what it is and why it mattersπͺ
A flexible timetable is a system that lets students choose or adjust their class times to better fit their personal schedule in SRS.
The university gives you a default timetable, but it is not final until you confirm it yourself.
With the Flexible Timetable, you can:
β’ View your default schedule prepared by the university
β’ Change time slots if your module offers multiple options
β’ Confirm your sessions to secure your place in each class
β’ Plan your week in advance and avoid timetable clashes
π Flexible Timetable access period:
5 - 9 January 2026
Access opens gradually for different levels of study. Youβll receive an email when itβs your turn.
β οΈ Important things to know:
β’ Your timetable is unconfirmed at first. So, even if you donβt want to make any changes to the preliminary timetable arranged by the university, you still need to confirm it
β’ Changes are only possible during this period
β’ After 9 January, the timetable becomes final for the whole semester
β’ If a session is left unconfirmed, the university may change it for you
For now, just be aware of the dates and wait for your access emailβ€οΈ

Guuuys, please keep in mind that as Viva Voce and Academic Misconduct procedures are still ongoing, the marks you see now are provisional.
This means they may change and should not be treated as final until the official confirmation is released.
Detailed written feedback is already available on Turnitin. Just double-click your Turnitin submission to see the first markerβs comments.
If, after reviewing the feedback, you still have questions or need clarification, youβre welcome to email your first assessor and arrange an appointment before visiting.
